Took it to deters and put the parts in and labor for the door came out 1,100 and with a warranty so two weeks before warranty was out the door broke same thing fixed but charged me for parts cause they said that it was something different that caused it . (water was getting in the door some how ) you would think they would seal it and fix and send me on my way . So just yesterday same thing happen either they don't know what the heck there doing there just being neglectful and not fixing it right . after spending 2100 .0 they would think they say bring it in this is on us . No not the case ! Taking advantage of the elderly and the disabled !! Don't go there is the worst place I have ever delt with and have been on this earth 55 yrs. They said bring it in and we'll have a look. They worked from late morning until 7 PM the first night in order to fix an oil cooling tube! They had to send away for the part and then made the aftermarket metal part fit the former rubber tube. The team did their very best to get it back together for us so my wife and I could continue our journey the next day. Absolutely top-notch service from Dan and Sam. Highly, highly recommended. I had some car trouble on the interstate about 9 miles east of here. Their business hours were listed as open till 5. Normally, that means that until 5, I would be able to have someone at least take a look at my issue, not necessarily resolve it, but look... Yeah -- Not here. Kind lady at the desk told me I'd be best to buy some Duck Tape at NAPA and tape the plastic piece on my car up till I got home. Super awesome tow-operator ended up bringing me to another (hole in the wall) place near to here. Guy there asked what the issue was, put the car up and FIXED it for just $10. Got me all the way home with no issues. I trust the previous reviewer had a great experience here... Mine was lackluster. I'd support Harkins over Craig's any day of the week!

Pulled in and, even at 5pm on a Friday, they were incredibly helpful and kind. They were able to patch my tire (had a screw in it) and get me on my way in less than a half hour. Louies Garage saved Christmas. They even offered me a beer; I regret I couldn't hang around to enjoy it with them.
