He pulled his truck up to the driveway, and I backed the car per his direction. He did a great job - super clean inside and out. Not a spot was missed. My only regret is that I parked under a tree, so I had some spots later on the windshield from that, but it was not his fault. I'd avoid doing that. It was pretty expensive, but it seems like all the detail services are. Not something I would do all the time, but for getting my car in great shape I'll definitely call 5 Star again.

The first change I noticed is the monthly membership price jumped significantly. ok, I'll stick with em and see how it goes. Well it started going downhill and has continued to go downhill. They run out of towels all the time, the parking lot is full of trash, the trash cans on site are overflowing, vacuums barely work and some don't work at all. The bathroom always STINKS & they haven't had hand soap since ownership changed and rarely have toilet paper. Worst of all is that the tire shine sprays the entire side of your vehicle and it's REALLY DIFFICULT to get it off. i spent near an hour rubbing like hell to get the black streaks off. Because the tire shine is oily, there are swirls all over the vehicle and the glass is so oily I can barely see out of it. my car looks worse than when I went in. This is a real shame because they used to be really good. Corporate doesn't seem to care as I have directed my complaints to corporate and nothing has changed. I have 3 vehicles with monthly memberships and tomorrow I will be cancelling them. Also be certain to get names and any other pertinent information when canceling. I've seen multiple people complaining on Google that they don't cancel membership timely and will continue to charge for months. Time to try another car wash.

Before entering the automatic wash, an employee used a pressure washer on the vehicle. When they reached the side mirror/window area, we heard an extremely loud crack and water sprayed forcefully through the window area. My son immediately panicked and thought some thing broke--he had just bought this car with his own money and was extremely proud of it. After exiting the wash, we discovered that paint had been blown off the side mirror.I immediately reported the damage. An employee took photos and told me the company would review its video footage, including footage showing the vehicle before entering the wash. The claim was ultimately denied. I was told that because the vehicle is more than 7 years old, the company isn't responsible and that I should have read the posted signage. What makes this especially frustrating is that the damage didn't appear to come from the automatic wash itself--it happened while an employee was pressure-washing the vehicle. I even went to a local body shop afterward and was told this car wash sends them plenty of repair work "they are our best customer". I'm posting the company's denial, the sign they referenced, and photos of the damage so people can make their own judgment. My advice: If your vehicle is more than 7 years old, think twice before taking it through this car wash. If something gets damaged, you may find yourself in the same situation we are. Here is the response from the car wash company Club Carwash "Hello Stephen, I am sorry to hear about the incident involving your motor vehicle. I have investigated the facts and made a determination regarding your incident. I have concluded that Club Car Wash will not be responsible for the damage to your vehicle. The damage being claimed is not consistent with our wash equipment. The wash is not going to remove paint or clear coat from a vehicle without some type of pre-existing paint imperfection. Anytime there are pre-existing paint imperfection, pressured water has the capability to get underneath those, causing more extensive damage, which is what appears to have taken place. Furthermore, the posted signage at the wash location states Club Car Wash is not responsible for any vehicles older than 7 years of age. Unfortunately, because of this, Club Car Wash cannot assist with the repairs of your vehicle. For your ease of reference, I am attaching the limits of liability that are posted at all of our wash locations. We appreciate your business, and if you have further questions, please feel free to reach out to our corporate office."

I chose Jam because they answered their phone and provided me pricing and availability on the spot. I can't tell you how many companies I reached out to before I found Jam and to this day no reply or call back. I have high expectations for customer service and Jam met those expectations. Jam showed up on a holiday weekend and jammed right into getting the job done. I'm so impressed. So happy. My son was shocked and impressed as well. What they did right : answered phone, put me on schedule, showed up, and did an excellent job. They made his van look brand new and it was a mess.
