They were going to charge me over $1,200 for this. What really happened? They didn't want to work on my 4-wheeler so they over bid the job too high so I would I would take it back. But they charged me for this time spent. I had someone else take a look at it and they told me the compression was fine and the valves were perfect. Don't expect friendliness when you walk into the service area. Sure, they'll sell you a four-wheeler with a smile on their face but the second you need work done it's all doom and gloom. You be the judge.

I was at a conference in Omaha, so I googled car shops in the area and called Nate. He stopped everything he was doing to help her when she arrived. Although a tire wasn't available that day, he made phone calls to find one and even contacted retailers in Omaha in hopes that I could pick one up. He ended up ordering us a tire and putting it on the next day as soon as it arrived. He was kind and genuine and truly seemed happy to help us.

I was able to get everything fixed and looked great. I had no problem trusting they would do a good job. I liked that they are a small town locally owned business that does a great service. Last summer another car shop had told me that my brakes were so bad that I was risking serious injury by continuing to drive my vehicle. When I took my car in for other work at Quality Car Care, I asked them to replace my brakes as well. They called me after looking at my car and told me that I still had over half of the life left in my brakes and they thought it would be a waste of money for me to do any work on them now. That honesty blew me away because they could have chosen to not say anything and cash in regardless. Their employees are very friendly. Someone is always answering the phone and I've always been able to get my car in within 24 hours of calling. For repair work, I drop my car off the night before and I've always had a call before 9 a.m. telling me the solution, cost, and time that my vehicle would be done. Their costs and quality of work are outstanding. And, the fact that I trust them completely and don't have to worry about being taken advantage of because of my gender & lack of car knowledge is definitely something you don't find anywhere.
