Newly opened in the Smart Centres Richmond Hill. There is plenty of parking out front and has accessible entrances. The staff is well trained and efficient. The menu is clear and easy to understand. The food is prepared quickly and well assembled. Seating is typical Kinton style and anyone with a walker/ wheelchair may need patrons to move to get by. Definitely a nice place to enjoy a nice bowl of noodles

Ordered takeout. This place took over the old shwarma place. Ambiance - my significant other picked up our order so I'm not sure what it looks like inside. Food - 2/5: We got the meal for 2 which comes with 2 ramen, 1 gyoza (pork or vegetable) or Tokyo fries, and 2 pops (canned). We ordered the pork spicy garlic ramen and beef original ramen. We got 2 cans of coke and gyoza (we ordered pork). The gyoza was nicely fried, a little tangy inside. A little spicy with the spicy mayo sauce on top. The packaging for the utensils and container were nice. The container also had suggestions on how to rewarm the food. After comparing the orders from the menu online to what we received, we then realized how bad the mix up was. On top of that, they mixed up the broths. The "beef" that came with mine did not taste like beef, more like dried pork. And they are thin, rectangulae pieces. Mine was not supposed to have garlic (although I don't mind). Unfortunately the spicy soup base that it ended coming with was too spicy for my palate so the garlic couldnt be cooked a little in the broth. By the time we realized the broth was mixed up, it was already too late. I was also supposed to have an egg but that was not there either. Because I couldnt drink the broth, the amount of food that came is a very small portion and not filling at all. Service - 0.5/5 not impressed. They messed up our order a lot despite them confirming the order with me over the phone multiple times. And I gave them 3 hours to prepare the food As both of us are yelpers, unfortunately we are not impressed at all. Overall: 2/5 - in no hurry to try it in person.

Ordered takeout. Not impressed with the order. Ambiance - We got the meal for 2, that came with 2 Ramen, 1 gyoza and 2 pop. I ordered the pork spicy garlic Ramen and my signifant other had the beef original Ramen. The place was empty, yet, they mixed up 2 of the Ramen that was ordered. The order that we have received was completely WRONG. My pork spicy garlic Ramen came with a soup base that is NOT spicy. Moreover, it wasn't supposed to have an egg, but I found an egg. Not only did they mess up the order, they mislabeled the containers as well. The gyoza was ok at best.

I got the spicy garlic with beef and the flavours were great. It had a good amount of garlic (you can choose how much to mix in) and it was quite spicy. A little on the pricier side - the portion was small (compared to Pho) but filling. I just wish they added more broth to it! The gyoza were pretty good too. Good service and a small and cozy interior.

A little pricey, but really nice ramen. We ordered thick noodles, and I enjoyed the texture. Broth was exceptional. Flavourful but not overwhelmingly salty. Half boiled egg was just right. Services was lovely.

Very good food at very fair prices. Staff was informative and attentive. Been here a couple of times now and the food has always been good, they've mastered ramen noodles, hot and cold. Had the cold noodles today because of the hot weather. Thought it would be strange but it was delightful. Food came out quickly. Place was nice and clean.

Went today for a veggie ramen combo, came with a coke and gyoza for $15. Friendly service and nice vibe.

We were here for dinner on a Saturday night because we came for a winter carnival at Richmond…read moreGreen, where it was close by. The restaurant was at a busy location, which was the end of the driveway, everyone sees it before making a turn. The staff was nice when we walked in. We were greeted and directed to a corner table where was better with a baby. We showed them 2 coupons, 1 for ramen and 1 for fried chicken. The staff needed to talk to the owner about them. After a few seconds, she came back and said only 1 coupon per visit. We were a bit disappointed, because we were so hard to dine out with a baby, and not able to come again with a long drive and a baby. We talked to their owner, he was nice to let us try both at the same time. Oh yeah! So we have 1 original ramen with black garlic oil, and 1 tomato base. It won't take long to wait. The fried chicken came first, it was not like the breaded chicken, it fried from original, but after marinated; it has taste, but not salty. The 2 ramen came at the same time. They both really rich, but not so salty, because the salt level could be altered; the noodle size could be chosen as well, we did 1 thick and 1 thin. They both looked similar. Overall, the ramen and the chicken all looked good and tasty. I would like to come again if next time I come around this area, even though they were a bit pricey.

Sansotei is a solid ramen chain and I was particularly impressed with this location's food. I…read moreordered the tomato ramen (which is a first for me). At first the broth wasn't that impressive, but it definitely grew on me as I ate. I loved the flavour on the chashu (none of that bland unflavored pork here) and the shiitake mushrooms were also marinated very well (though they were a bit on the sweet side). Don't be fooled by the photo - there is a lot of noodle in there! They also offer a free kids meal deal for kids under 12 with an order of two bowls of ramen, which is pretty nice if you're eating out as a family.

Was super hungry after an appointment so I stopped by here for lunch before going home…read more Ambiance - 5/5: small restaurant but uses their space well with plenty of seats. They are wooden seats but it's not uncomfortable. There were quite a few tables filled that day. The bathroom - 1 more male, 1 for female. It is disability friendly and it's really clean. Although I sat close to the entrance, I didn't feel any cold draft from outside at all. Service - 5/5: I was seated quickly. The food came put pretty quick. It was easy to catch the attention of a server to get my order. Ramen came out first. The gyoza took a bit more prep time but it was fine as it came when I was halfway through saying my ramen. Food - 5/5: Aside from the layer of oil on top, the broth was rich and not overly salty. I got the daily special of barbeque pork and sweet corn ramen. The gyozas were nice, crispy outside, juicy on the inside. It was lightly pan fried which works well for me. I think I was just really hungry so both dishes surprisingly didn't fill me up. Overall - 5/5: would definitely come back, especially as the weather gets colder. A hot bowl of ramen just hits the spot on a cold day.

Was in the area and saw some strong reviews for this place (especially one where a guy claimed to…read moredrive out from Newmarket to eat here all the time!) so decided to give it a try. Let's say there was far too much hype. I just ordered a miso ramen to try. The noodle texture was average, and it should be thicker. The soup was THIN. The default amount of toppings was alright - they give you both halves of the egg unlike some other places. The meat is a decent thickness. And you get a few other toppings without having to pay extra. But overall, since the two key aspects of ramen - noodles and soup - are mediocre at best, I will not be returning.
