A couple of years ago I needed a kitchen cabinet drawer rebuilt. This company did it and did a nice job. It was a well built drawer and they attached the drawer facing. They performed the job at the reasonable price of $40.00. I needed another drawer rebuilt so I went back to Jeremy. This time I'm not so pleased. The drawer is well built with good material but he didn't bother to reattach the drawer facing. His employee said that Jeremy didn't want to spend any more time on this small project which took him all of 30 minutes to do, undoubtedly, considering he had the tools, material and expertise right there. He also charged me 40 bucks for less of a job and took six months to do the job. The mistake I made was telling him that it wasn't a big rush. But c'mon, six months and three calls? The second call he said don't call me, I'll call you. Two months later I said screw this and called him. Two days later he called back saying the drawer was done. What Jeremy doesn't know that my wife and I are remodeling the house. We just spent 30 grand on three bathroom, 1300 to have a concrete patio and front walkway resurfaced and 12 grand to have all the windows replaced. We now plan to have the interior painted, wood shutters installed and the kitchen redone. Guess who isn't going to get the opportunity for the kitchen which will come to another 20-30 grand? Sounds like Natalie P. and I had a similar experience. I know what's going on. Things are busy and Jeremie can be choosy and not so responsive. I've experienced this attitude before from other contractors during this pandemic. What these guys don't think about is people, like me, and potential customers not forgetting about such poor behavior and lackadaisical treatment. Finally, my wife asked me why the drawer facing was scarfed up. . I know that I didn't cause the cosmetic damage to the wood finish. During the six months Kingswood had the drawer in their possession they were not careful handling the original drawer to which the facing was attached. read more

Jeremy and his staff use only superior products and do not cut corners (no pun) on your project. They are hands down the Millmasters. Jeremy sat down with us and explained everything in great detail and used laymen's terminology so we understood the process. He is ber professional, patient, kind and a pleasure to work with along with his staff. If you want stuff built cheaply and falling apart in a few years don't bother dealing with Kingswood. Kings Wood Creation is top notch, and I can't give them enough stars. We had a different cabinet company that took our 50% deposit only to go out of business on us after 7 months of waiting for installation. We contacted several cabinet companies, and no one wanted to take on our project. I found Kings Wood Creation and contacted them on a Friday. I spoke with the owner, Jeremy, and explained our situation. He mentioned that he was booked out but felt terrible about our situation and thought he could fit us in his schedule. He invited us to come tour his shop and see his work on a Saturday just prior to him leaving for his family vacation. He agreed to help us, and we knew right away that we would be in good hands. Within 1 month, our design was finalized, and our custom kitchen cabinets were put into production. Installation occurred just 4 weeks after that. Installation crew did a fabulous job, workmanship is excellent, and the quality of our cabinets far exceeded our expectations. Everything from design to installation was seamless. We are beyond grateful to have Kings Wood Creation cabinets in our home and are forever grateful to them for taking us on as customers. This review is regarding the customer service for the store. They took months to get me a quote on cabinet hardware and I had to follow up multiple times. On top of that, they promised they would include the installation of the hardware if I bought it from them, but then reneged and said they could recommend someone to do it.
