We actually had other restaurants in mind, but decided to try this place since a couple of the other ones were not open yet or food service was not happening. We were seated at a table very quickly, as the place was relatively empty. We were offered water or beverages very quickly. After that, it took a while to get the server to come back and take our order. From a casual observation perspective, there were people working, but did not seem to be proactive with clearing tables, pulling orders from the window and delivering them to tables without somebody else prompting them. Our server, seemed to be doing most everything in the Restaurant. Seemed very inefficient. Once we ordered and got our food, which was the Chicken Caesar salad, sweet potato fries, Carne Asada appetizer tacos. And a local beers, or close enough. Pleasantly pleased with the flavor, portion size, temperature. All good. My rating dropped, as it took a while to get our bill, close things out, as it started to get a little bit busier, and we had to be very proactive to try and get our server, who was running the restaurant, to bring us our bill.

They are located near the Enumclaw transfer station so a little treat for our hard work. I think they are moving locations soon though. They're a permanent food truck at this current address. The service was incredibly friendly and hospitable. Food took about 10min to make but I know it was made to order, which I prefer. I ordered a gyro $11, Greek fries and side of hummus. Absolutely fabulous prices. Don't tell the owner but they could sell that gyro for $4 more and I bet they'd still sell like crazy. There aren't many other Mediterranean restaurants in the area. Both were scrumptious and the Greek fries were the best I've ever had. Each fry was still hot and crisp. The cool feta, dressing, olives and peppers make it a nice balanced bite with so many flavors. We will definitely be back, I'm already looking forward to it. And if they move locations in the meantime, I'll find em!

The vibe is laid-back and welcoming. Every server we interacted with was smiling and genuinely friendly. It really added to the atmosphere. You can tell the staff enjoys working there, and that kind of energy is infectious. Now, the food: the burger was exactly what I crave when I think of a good, old-fashioned burger. Nothing over-complicated, just juicy, well-seasoned beef, melted cheese, and a toasted bun. It was cooked just right, with that perfect balance of savory and juicy. Simple, but executed beautifully. On the side? Two absolutely gigantic onion rings that were golden, crispy, and sweet. The batter had a light crunch without being greasy, and the onions inside were tender and flavorful. Basically onion ring perfection. The mozzarella sticks were another standout. Hot, gooey, and with a satisfying cheese pull that was honestly Instagram-worthy. Crispy on the outside, melty on the inside. Exactly how they should be. I wouldn't recommend the cocktails. They were trying too hard with a fancy mixology vibe that didn't quite land. But the beer? Cold, refreshing, and just right with the food and the atmosphere. Why go? If you're looking for a relaxed spot to hang out, enjoy a game, and eat some really solid comfort food, this place delivers. It's the kind of place you leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit.
