Went for lunch. Had the house fried rice. Rice was very chewy and tough. Don't know if it was old or just under cooked. The meat was hit or miss at best. Some of the meat was decent but some was uneditable due to being so tough. It was a huge portion but a waste since it was mainly uneditable. The final blow for me was price. It was almost $20 for the fried rice, two egg rolls and a drink. Oh and by the way, they charge almost $3 for a soft drink or tea and charge again for refills. Uh NO!!! I understand there is another Kings Teriyaki in Kent but I have never been to that one...Im sure they are the same but I want to review a place I actually been too. This place is AWESOME!! The food is always good and the customer service is excellent. Price is good for the amount of food you get in your meal. I normally get the bento lunch special it changes depending on the day but everything is good so thats not a problem. I normally call my order in and get it to go and my order is always done and waiting for me...while still being nice and hot when I actually get to eat. I will continue coming here for my weekday lunch needs. read more

Best teriyaki in all of Enumclaw. Not that Oshios is bad (they are wonderfully nice there) but I feel you get more bang for your buck at King's. Plus King's Teriyaki is stupidly fast. Seriously it makes me wonder how hot their grill is to get my beef teriyaki cooked up that fast (sub 6 minutes from order to delivery to the counter). It tastes incredibly fresh too, so it's not like it was precooked. I would recommend the garlic beef teriyaki. They put a ton of garlic in it, and it is fantastic. Also there is free tea (which is surprisingly high quality... Not watered down at all), even for takeout orders while you're waiting. Lastly the service is the best I have ever experienced. The lady behind the counter even warmed up my infants milk bottle! I tip at very few "order at the counter" places (personal choice. Some may disagree, which is totally cool), but at King's Teriyaki I always tip for to-go orders (and of course dine-in). They rock. read more

This is my go to place for general Taos. They are always friendly and pretty quick service. The food is usually always tasting good and is hot. Sometimes the sauce can be a little funky tasting, and one time after health inspection I did get food poisoning. I've only had that one bad experience with the food. Sometimes there seems to be a language barrier and they get my bubble tea order wrong but that's only happened twice. Otherwise I really enjoy eating here and will continue as long as they are open. read more

I guess don't order your meal over the phone here. I eat here once a week with friends and always order the same combo meal. Today I decided to call in my order as I was in a rush. When I go to pick up my meal she told me my order was $55. Apparently she thought I asked for 2 family meals not 1 combo meal. When I told her that wasn't what I ordered, she rolled her eyes at me and began belittling me at the front counter in front of all the people eating there, most of which were my coworkers. They have great food but I won't be coming back due to the way this woman treats her customers. read more

Much better than the other 2 in Enumclaw. Fresher meats and veggies, not the stale and soggy stuff at so many others. At King's it tastes fresh cooked and not overcooked. I usually get the yakisoba or the teriyaki. Good fast service for either take out or sit down and the atmosphere for sitting in is nicer/more of a pleasant restaurant experience here than in many terikyaki places. More wood and plants. Try their tea, someone said it's sorrell? -- not regular green tea but something interesting and tasty. read more

If this wasn't the cheapest tasting food I've ever had, I don't know what is then. I spent $16 bucks for a small order of Orange chicken / sesame seed chicken and Yakisoba side. First of all, the chicken taste had a BBQ flavor underneath the super sugary sauce they douse the chicken with. Why does it taste like BBQ?? Is it leftover food they had and decided to use that? The food had way too much sugar in it and hurt my teeth from the liquid sugar. I like to taste the food. The chicken did taste freezer burnt so that may be why it had all of the sauce it did. There may be very little teriyaki shops to choose from in Enumclaw, maybe it should stay that way because this restaurants food quality should be rated a frown face. Hopefully something changes and fresh ingredients are used in the future. read more

When I walked in this restaurant, I didn't have any expectation..just wanna grab food and feed myself..(I found this restaurant in yelp and saw 5 STARS!!)..it turned out that it is really good..the rice is just soft and delicious..the salads is so fresh and the chicken katsu is juicy and tasty..I will recommend to a friend if they pass by this small town..lol read more

Every time I eat lunch here the food is phenomenal. The customer service is always friendly and helpful. She always has a smile on her face. I usually take my food to go but the one time I ate inside she even offered to bring extra plates for my children since the portions are so large. The bathrooms are clean. There isn't a better place in town for teriyaki. read more

This place is awesome, the front desk girl Alice knows my entire family by name and always asks how we are doing. They have by far the best Teriyaki food in town, and offer other items like sushi and udon soup that no one else has. They have complimentary tea, and on days when it was really cold out Alice brings me miso soup to warm up before my meal. Teriyaki sauce taste like ketchup and food was extremely poor. Egg rolls are obviously frozen and just fried. Nothing tastes fresh as teriyaki should be. So many good reviews seems so misleading. read more
