Kings Ford has a reputation for outstanding customer service, honestly and outstanding selection of vehicles! Today, Kings Ford went above and beyond for this repeat customer! We are absolutely thrilled with our Ford Bronco Badlands Edition! Thrilled! Our salesman, Aaron Plaskow, was patient with our wants then surprised us with options we weren't considering. Aaron offered a comfortable, laidback experience backed with knowledge and options. We love the Bronco. The interior is gorgeous! Our Bronco just feels perfect on an open road, some good music with the pups headed to our next hike! Life is good!

Service department is a joke. Slow as hell. Take what the job costs and add a couple hundred bucks. Don't waste your time here. Prices on new vehicles are absurd as well.

They are the worst. I purchased E-350 2022 the last box truck on the lot. Driver side tire was on flat. They said it just need air. Several days later and I was stuck on Dixie Highway for 5 hours with a flat. Took it back to have them repair it and they scarred my brand new rim out of anger. I noticed it the next day. They reviewed cameras and told me it wasn't them. my first choice was Chevrolet. I should've went with my gut. They have the most laziest workers. If I was there boss I would fire allllll of them. There manager needs to be inspected . Due to low employees. They are hiring anybody.

Rush is a…read moreFord recognized garage, an being that the motorhome sits on a Ford F53 chassis with a Ford V10 engine, you would think they would be able to find the starting issue. In the mean time the motorhome developed an issue with not wanting to go in reverse when engaged by the stick shift on a the column. This was confirmed by the intake agent at the counter, who tried to put the motorhome into reverse with no success. Well after Rush's somewhat thorough diagnostic inspection, they could not find the starting issue, nor could they find the issue with the motorhome going into reverse. We were sent a email informing us that the motorhome was ready to be picked up. We arrived at Rush to pickup the motorhome at 11:39 Am, apparently the motorhome had been shut off, and Rush personal could not get it started. We proceed to wait until 12: 28 before the motorhome was brought around for us to take. We took the motorhome back to the campsite we were staying in and you guessed it, the motorhome would not go into reverse to back into our spot. Overall I can not express how disappointed I am with the caliber of mechanical abilities at Rush Service Care at 11775 Highway Dr. in Cincinnat.

BEWARE!!! I could have been seriously injured…read more Well I purchased a 2015 Chevy Cruze from Jeff the beginning of 2019 I shouldn't have let myself get rushed through it, the test drive went great Everything seemed ok When it came time to see the service and inspection report for the vehicle Jeff looked for a bit and said he couldn't find it in the system and blamed it on the car was at the Harrison location before bringing over to the Aurora dealership I should have immediately should have stopped and put my foot down but do to the used car salesmen tactics I didn't and he said he will track it down Fast forward a few weeks I had to go to the BMV in Harrison so I decided to stop by and see if they had any reports on it the gentleman over there looked all over in and out of the system nothing other than the motor had a bad smoking problem (I was never told of this) and was sent to get it fixed under warranty at a Chevy dealership that they work with The inspection was never done until that day weeks after I bought it when we had snow and ice in February He sent me down to the shop down the road further into Harrison to have a oil change and The inspection report done on it covered by them Do to me not being the one paying for it and that they hadn't been paid they couldn't let me look at it. I was about to get a glance at the report for a quick second I remember seeing a Check mark in a red box (I'll explain that later) I never did follow up with the report and have yet to see it to this day Fast forward a few months to the second oil change at the same location (Was very expensive do the full synthetic do to the turbo $89 vs $39 at a Chevy dealer) they come in to the lobby and say the tires on the car are completely worn out and they can't even rotate them (the car did have skidding and hydroplaning issues with them and I drive 30 minutes to work and curvy roads on the west side of Cincinnati)they highly recommend I get a new set. At the point I wasn't expecting to have to buy tires for a long time I had to buy them because every so often I had to drive my very young niece to places for my sister every so often so I forked out about $500 for tires A few months later this is in the winter I'm on my way to work and stop to get gas, I go to start it and the battery dies resulting in having to jump the car to get it started I was told by Jeff about a warranty on the battery that if the battery goes out they go through a company that will be $100 of the price of a new battery I gave them a call and come to find out they haven't done that in over a 1 1/2 years or so So the next thing I did was call Jeff to work something out, he basically said I'm out of luck resulting in me having to buy a new one full price Now this is just recently in July I decided I wanted to look at trading the car in before 100,000 miles hit so I found a car on this website and drove over there It was a really nice light blue 2015 Kia Soul + with about 81K on it I told him I was highly interesting in the car At that time they hadn't gotten it into the service shop to do a inspection on the car he said it would be ready Saturday (this was a Thursday) It obviously needed tires quite badly it literally looked like the previous owner took it out track racing and burned up all 4 tires the fronts were the worst I said that's fine He recommended I come in at about one and I'm the first one that was interested in it so I basically had first dibs on the Kia It's now Saturday as I was about to walk out the front door I get a text from Jeff telling me the Kia was just sold At this point I snapped because apparently all they care about is money and that's it They don't care about making sure your well taken care of they just put off the normal fly by used car lot salesman If they would have truly cared they would have called me as soon as they got that report and say the tires of the Chevy were shot as put by the gentleman at the shop If I had wrecked with those tires i would have sued them so fast I will never return again

Fyda has good equipment and a very good shop. Their truck salesmen are over all straight forward…read more Their truck financing department is a whole other story. The only care about getting you the loan you need at extremely large payments. If you find a truck that you like at Fyda put down your down payment and find a loan company your self for the financing. Yhere are loan companies out therr that are driver compassionate that is willing to get you in the payment you can afford at a good rate. Fyda's financing really isn't driver friendly and shouldn't qualify for a drivers business while purchasing a used truck.

Stay far away from fyda freightliner columbus. Trucks been there at the body shop over for over 7…read moreweeks for a hood and radiator and a couple other miscellaneous small things. Will probably be over 8 weeks. Keep giving me updates it will be done by this time and not finishing the truck. Talked to the manager on Friday and now I get a call from body shop saying won't be until later this week. Just don't care about the smaller guys. Let me had been a bigger company truck would have been done. Customer service from the people in the office is terrible. They have an attitude you're calling checking up on your truck. Then they tell me they didn't tell me something like I just got it out of the sky. Just a frustrating process dealing with them. Lost the driver I had for the truck and lost the guy I had I thought I had to replace him because of how long this process has taken. Not able to make a dollar for 2 months because of this bs. My insurance wrote the check a day after claim.
