I've eaten here several times, usually for the Sunday buffet. The selection of food is amazing, and all of it is very good. The staff is polite and friendly, the setting is comfortable and clean. it's a Buffett so i wasn't expecting much. but to my surprise food was hot and good. i went there around 7:30 pm and the service and food was just as good as i would have expected around noon. they also have a Mongolian grill there. very tasty. read more

if you pass the door and go to the kitchen, the food is placed on dirty container on the ground. They also do not pay their waitter and host. their workers only earn money from Tips. Such a worst place, dirty and make illegal immigrants work for free. This kind of business shouldn't exist. read more

We were frequent customers, until we had three cockroaches in our booth and were told they're crumbs. I've never seen running crumbs in my life. It was clearly roaches. When I called the olmsted county health dept, they said there has been numerous complaints about the roach infestation. read more

I took a young friend to supper there, last night. The standard was so poor, I actually wondered if the business had been sold (as I knew another business owned by the family, had recently been sold). We arrived at 6pm, and were surprised to see very few people there (that should have been my first warning bell). It was clear the food had been sitting out for a while, and in most cases was not even warm enough. I began with chicken wings (awful), pot stickers (cold), salt and pepper shrimp (could not get the skins off and wondered if I should try to eat the shell as well... nope...awful), and a chicken dish which was actually edible. Unfortunately, I was so turned off by this, that I ate some jello and that was it. My young friend (at my suggestion) went and got the fresh food to be cooked on the hot grill. She, sadly, was not able to finish it. I tried it, and it was "just" OK.... truly saddened to have to submit this report. read more

Me and my family love Chinese food. The kiddos were begging to go here although I had a bad experience here a few months ago (old cold food). I gave in, I thought it was 6pm, there should be enough people to get fresh food.. I was wrong. It was awful. Some of the food was packed in the serving dishes ... the food was 6-9 inches above the dish. If I had a food thermometer I could guarantee that the food was not at regulatory temp. When they bought out new food, they mixed in the old and cold food with the"new" food. The next day, I'm sick in ways that should not be mentioned. Wow! I was not expecting much, just a decent buffet I could take grandma to for lunch. There was way more food than I expected, fresh, friendly, and tasty. They had the regular Chinese food, a Salad bar, some sushi, Some Dim Sum, a Mongolian grill and of course deserts. One of the best Chinese buffets I have ever been too. Food Posioning waiting to happen! After having a bad experience here several years ago, decided to give it a try again, since some friends wanted to go there. Should have stayed away. didn't take much on my first ( and only plate of food) about 5 items. Took a bite of the piece of sushi I got and spit it out because it tasted old. Then took a bite of this peppery chicken dish, it was cold, so spit it out. Then tried this beef dish just tatsed ok, but the beef was on the leathery side, So may of had 2 bites of that. Then had a piece of shamui , that actaully was warm and tasted fine ( probably bought from a store in the frozen section). And finally tasted a steamed bun, that I was expecting to contain meat , but was disappointed that it contained mung bean. I am susrprised this place hasn't been shutdown due to it's unsafe food practices. You need to keep hot food hot, and cold food cold, or someone is going to get sick. Also the waiter went to grab another person's plate at the table, and spilled all over the chair of the person that was out getting food, and just took off without saying anything. When we flagged him down , he didn't even say he was sorry. Just wiped it up and left. Then when we went to pay, told the cashier how disappointed I was and she didn't even say nothing. Finally I said I ate like 3 small spoonfuls of food and you are not even going to offer a discount. Finally she did return some money. Very disappointed will not be back. I have eaten there a few times and I severely dislike the place. The food has always been cold to luke warm and I am fairly certain that my wife and I have gotten food poisoning from there. Also, the chef for the mongolian grill was very rude and yelled at me, twice, for using too much sauce. The wait staff is only so-so. They are prompt about getting plates removed and refilling drinks but other than that, they have a general "don't give a S#!T" attitude. read more

My wife and I went to this restaurant that we had been before and thought it good.When my wife plated her food she did not notice the plastic and paper in her choice; she told the waiter who informed the manager, who left her plate and said sorry. Hardly the response we had expected. There was no attempt to placate our concerns. I have owned several restaurants and this behavior would be unacceptable for me to expect from any of my employees, I would have made sure we left satisfied not sick to our stomach. read more

A few of the shrimp items didn't seem to be quite up to serving temperature. Surprised at the amount of crab dishes. Did find that some of the serving plates in the rack on the line were not clean, felt like leftover rice particles. Set them aside so they could be rewashed. Food was very flavorful along with a wide variety. Even though this was a buffet, the servers made sure you drinks were refilled and any dirty dishes were taken out of the way. Buffet style establishment. Food is almost always fresh and full, which is very important with this style of place. Wide variety of dishes from hearty to vegetarian. Delicious fresh sushi. Great soups and salad bar. read more

I visited family in Rochester on 12-10-2011 they brought us to this buffet saying that it was the best buffet in town, we arrived at about 7pm dinner time ,we were seated right away that was great ,then all the bad started ,my soda didn't have ice, all of are soda's didn't have ice,now I'm up looking for good food to eat and everything looked old ,but I was so hungry I had to eat something ,I've been to many buffets and this one is by far the worst ever for me,I got back to my table and I told the waiter that I did not get ice in my soda and it took more than five minutes for him to return with only a cup with ice,I was like "What the hell " in my mind ,so I went back to try there M-BBQ , as I was waiting the kitchen door opened and I saw the cook smoking and he saw my eyes looking, now the problems just added up to that this place is NO GOOD I told my party what I saw and they said are you sure? I'm positive this is not what I wanted to experience here . I'm sorry but I would never eat at Kingdom buffet again this is the worse buffet I've ever been to the guy waited the tables he suck I'm sorry to say that. Hope you guys experience better ! read more
