I didn't want to bother her especially since I didn't even mention it being strong to begin with, she asked herself, so I drank it and had two more and I'm pretty sure there was no alcohol in them period so that was annoying. White Russian 1/5 - got a White Russian as a dessert drink and it had no taste at all, how is that even possible for a White Russian?! Margarita 1/5 - tried my mom's margarita, it was very watered down and tasted like margarita mix, no tequila to be felt. Crème brûlée 3/5 - not the best I've had, not the worst. Brownie 1/5 - the brownie comes "à la mode" but I asked for no ice cream because it was for my son and he had a bit of a cough. They brought it out with ice cream, I sent it back and it took forever to get the one without ice cream, I thought they forgot honestly. My kid liked it but he's 5 and it's chocolate lol but I tried it and it was honestly horrible. Tasted freezer burned, was dry as all heck and the middle was rock hard. (Yikes a long time for me, but so awesome that they've been around for so long!). I came here late night tonight on a dessert search after another place canceled my order after I arrived... My House to the rescue and, even better, they had a dessert my husband loves and we don't often get - a homemade magnolia banana cream pudding with nilla wafers and bananas! So delicious and I was also blessed to try the Dubai chocolate that they also have specially made for them :) The place has grown in the last 10 years and they have both an outdoor area as well as a back area for drinks and hookah. This evening they had a lovely firelogs background playing on the 2 TVs and it was a nice and cozy space for a date night or a chill spot with friends. The interior is clean and was nicely decorated for the holidays and the girls behind the counter were super sweet! I got a chance to see the owner again, whom I met way back when and it was so lovely speaking with him! My husband and I really enjoyed meeting him and seeing how much he cares. He really stands behind his products and today seeing him again, nothing has changed and I see why they're still going strong. I will definitely be back and recommendy House Burgers and Shakes! :)
