I recently rented a 10x10 unit here. The registration process was all virtual, with me filling out…read morethe app online and then they contacted me to confirm and finish the process via phone and email. It went very smoothly. The monthly rates are also good...very competitive. The only thing I didn't care as much for is the requirement to buy their insurance. The rate isn't really competitive because I could get rental insurance with much higher limits for a lesser price. I do understand wanting people to have insurance, but it would be nice if they gave an option to get your own and the. Provide them with evidence of insurance. But besides that, I love the ease of use and their responsiveness when I had a question. It's a very good place to store your goods!

What I wanted: a person on-site once in a while so I could ask questions, 24 hour access, cheapest prices, drive-up outdoor unit, barbed-wire fencing, in a reasonably safe area. I did not want: a full-time staff with boxes to buy and gadgets to rent and forms in quadruplicate and all the overhead that goes with it. At AA I had a half-page form which said basically: 'do you agree to pay your rent once a month' and that's it. And despite signing the form, my rent check was late b/c of the blizzard and they said that's okay - unheard of. What more could a customer ask for? They even had a second month free promotion going on that I didn't know about until they mentioned it. The office is staffed from 12 noon to about 5 or 6. Very pleased.
