No hassle. The place is clean, accessible, and the staff is polite. My issue is that after 4 months my rent went up 85% with no warning that I can find. This facility is only a few months old and is staffed with wonderful management. They're cheerful, informative, and appear to truly care about their tenants. I've never rented a unit before but I'm very impressed with this facility and would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others. Great job! read more

This all started 2 days ago when I was on there website and was about to reserve a 10x5 unit and a supersaver option to save 50% on a unit popped up, of course I click on it and it gave me a number to dial. I called and spoke to the representative and went through with the process and confirmed that it was a 10x5 unit, she confirmed, perfect, I submitted the payment for the prorated days and first month after the free one. I get there the following day to finish signing up since you only have the day you call and the day after to finish it up in store. She offered to preview the unit I had reserved and good thing because it turned out to be a 5x10. I let her know that on the phone I had reserved a 10x5, we went back to the front desk to see because only the 5x10 qualified for there supersaver. She said that they would have to wait until tomorrow(today)to be able to listen to the call and see whats up because she would have to put in a request. After she had made a phone call to the regional manager, he or she had determined that it was not possible to get the 10x5 at that price, then she proceeded to actually hearing the phone call and seeing that representative had said 10x5 and me confirming it(few minutes after she told me she would have to wait because she can't listen to the call without the IT request). At this point she had offered to work on this tomorrow (today) to see what could be done. I had asked about just doing a refund and she said that I would lose my money if I did not take the unit which I don't understand why if this is not what agreed to pay for. I work in sales and if I agree with customer that I will sell them a blue car and I show up with a red one, the customer has the full right to not go through with the deal and get there money back just like any other store you're purchase something from and is not the right product agreed upon. I left agreeing to wait until tomorrow (today) to see what would be done. I later get a call about 30 minutes afterwards stating that she could not switch the units around without increasing the price to there set $71, which is higher than there online price btw if you are looking get a unit for yourself. She offered to refund me my money, and I accepted. I then thought about it and decided to just go with it instead and called back and left a message letting her know. I got a call this morning and she let me know that she had already had started the refund but she would sign me up still, I let her know that after reviewing the website that there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee or I get a month free, since I abiously was not happy with this whole transaction I asked for it and was told that they could not give me a month free because they were already having to reverse the deal for me and the refund but she would see what she could do. I got in the office today and signed up and no mention about the free month for the inconvenience. I proceeded to just sign up and took the unit. I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff are friendly and the place is nice and clean but the lack of control or maybe effort they have is obviously not enough to be able to resolve a mistake that there company had done. I would have had to lose money to make this issue right in my business I don't understand why they can't just move me to a unit that is the same price anyways without it being a "supersaver unit". I would and will recommend this place to my friends and clients but just make sure you get what you get and go through there website to get the better offer and save money. read more

Sarah showed me around the almost new facility which is amazing. All climate controlled, well lit, super clean, automatic lights, covered and secure load/unload bay, rolling carts, you name it they have it. I was able to leave names on a list who I wanted to have access and they kept a key available during business hours. Sarah kept me informed at every step along the way, when my unit was accessed and when the job was complete. She really exceeded my expectations in every regard, and the facility is great!
