When I drove up to the facility it looks spectacular from the hwy 29. My code worked, I found my unit with the green tag just as the representative advised me. The unit was super clean , the climate control hallway was clean the facility is well lit at night! My move her was just perfect! I have stored other places but this facility by far is one of the nicest in the area, I would even say In the state!

Ell was very helpful and have a thorough explanation of the rental process and she did it with a genuine smile that you could feel that she was happy to assist without any hesitation. I was able to get the units I needed in the time frame I was looking for. I have to say that it was the team work between Josh and Ell that made that happen. Josh assisted and was able to find the units that were becoming available. He and Ell made this process such a delight when I was expecting it to be somewhat stressful with the time frame I had. Not only was this experience a breath of fresh air, but it continued each time I was at the facility. The maintenance and care of the facility is just as nice. Each time I have made a trip to my unit I see all of the crew doing something around the facility and each time they make eye contact and greet you with a smile. Josh was painting on one occasion and stopped what he was doing to acknowledge me and say good morning. You do not get this kind of acknowledgment anywhere these days and when you do it's definitely recognized. Thank you Josh, Ell and the other extremely kind and helpful maintenance helper that all I can remember is he has been with them for 4 years . I didn't want to get his name wrong. Watch out for hidden fees. They advertise low prices, discounts and first month free. However, they…read morerequire insurance (lowest policy is $22 per month) on top of rental fee. They also sneak in administrative fees at set up as well as a monthly invoice fee. So your first month will cost you... Their contract is structured so that you have sign the electronic before you read the terms of the agreement, and the agreement (which you only read after signing) waives a lot of your legal rights. All in all, it's a shady place. Customer service is also poor, and the staff is VERY nosy about what you're storing in there. After speaking with them on the phone and at the office, I really didn't want to do business with them but couldn't find another storage facility on such short notice. Also the hours on their website are false. First they told me I'd have access 6am -10pm, but when I get to the office the hours of access were actually 8am-8pm.
