I was willing to overlook it... until I received an email saying they were coming back to mow again--for $65--without my approval or request. I never agreed to recurring service, and I find it incredibly unprofessional to assume permission like that. I hired them based on the claim of 20+ years of experience, but the results and business practices didn't reflect that at all. I won't be using them again, and I suggest others look elsewhere.

While I was there I received help from their employee, Katja. She was very friendly, up-beat, helpful, and knowledgeable. She made everything smooth and effortless in the process.
