We just never have enough space, and lord knows this old house was built during a time when closet space wasn't a priority. The perks of Mini Price...a professional team. More than just "climate control " which at our previous space, meant, your 4 walls and a roof overhead to keep out rain, sun, snow. Mini Price actually has Air Conditioning, which makes it much more comfortable when needing to run in for something or to store something away. It feels very secure. My only gripe, would be, they advertise a price on their website, but that price is the "this is where they get you" per our salesperson. You can expect a pretty low price for the first 2 months and then the price goes way up. Apparently this place caters to short term clients, and it is a bargain if you just need a month or two. That being said, the price still isn't bad once you factor in that it is new, clean, AC, secure, a team of professionals on site to assist if needed, and ease of use. Though we did not take advantage of it, they even have moving trucks for move-in use, only fee is mileage. When we went to check this place out, the units with the size space we were seeking were fully occupied, so we ended up with a larger space for not much more than we were paying at the previous place. For that, the value is pretty good. Overall, so far so good. I would definitely recommend Mini Price for your self storage needs.

    I love this moving company!…read more Called on a random Saturday to get a quote from Kari - it was the lowest I had gotten all day - so low that I called back 10 minutes later to make sure I heard it right. It was a large safe move no stairs but on a gravel road. She assured me her guys could handle it and do it all the time. A month later I called back to book the move. Even though I hadn't provided my name she saved my quote and remembered my voice. Quote was still good and booked for a week later. Excellent customer service from what seemed like a very busy office. The day of the move they showed up on time and ready to hustle. Initially two guys came but once they loaded the safe on the truck they called to get back up. Backup showed up within five minutes super quick. They arrived, laid out a mat for the dolly, and busted out the move easy. I was worried about my doorway threshold but there was no need they picked it up every doorway. They placed it where I wanted it unwrapped it and took away the trash! Great service on a massive task that I was dreading. No way me and my friends would have been able to knock this out. Totally worth hiring professionals - and a great rate!! Will go to them should I need anything ever again and will totally recommend to others - no hesitation!

As someone who takes faith seriously, I find that deeply offensive given how this company actually conducts business. There is absolutely nothing about my experience that reflects honesty, integrity, or accountability--values that are foundational to Christianity. Using faith as a marketing tool while operating like this is misleading at best. After my move, multiple items were lost and damaged. I went through their claims process in good faith and ultimately signed a settlement agreement for $1,549. The company confirmed in writing that payment would be processed within 3-4 weeks. It has now been over nine weeks, and I have received no payment and no meaningful communication. At this point, I've had to escalate the situation beyond the company itself. I am in active discussions with the Fort Belvoir transportation office, and this company's handling of claims and failure to pay is being reviewed in the context of their eligibility to continue handling military PCS moves. Service members and their families deserve far better than this. Let me be clear: this is no longer about the money. It is about principle. A company that signs a settlement agreement and then ignores it is not operating in good faith. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be pursuing legal action for breach of contract. If you are considering using this company--especially for a military move--I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. There are plenty of companies that will treat you with honesty and respect. This is not one of them.

I called yesterday to request that my June payment be postponed until July because I experienced an unexpected financial hardship that was beyond my control. My dog recently passed away from kidney failure, and I incurred significant veterinary and end-of-life expenses. I explained that I would be able to pay both the June and July payments together next month. Dylan told me that this arrangement would be fine. I specifically asked whether the late fee could be waived, and he responded that it could. However, when I later asked him to confirm the total amount that would be due in July, the amount he provided included the late fee. When I reminded him that he had agreed to waive it, he then stated that he could not do so. Before we had even fully discussed my situation, Dylan was very persistent about asking me to go online and leave him a positive review on Yelp. Based on what he initially told me, I submitted the review. However, after he reversed the information he had given me and did not provide the assistance he promised, I no longer feel that my positive review accurately reflects my experience. My concern is that Dylan appeared more focused on receiving a favorable review than on providing clear and accurate information about my payment arrangement. Representatives should be well-informed about company policies and should not promise accommodations that they are not authorized to provide. Please consider this message my request to retract the positive feedback I previously submitted. I also wanted to bring this matter to management's attention so that another customer experiencing a hardship does not receive conflicting information or feel pressured to leave a review before their issue has actually been resolved.
