We rented a…read morecorporate office from them then downgraded to a shared office space for a temporary program we were working on. The program was ended and we respectfully asked to be let out of our lease, Regus declined and is compelling us to pay out another 10 months for space we are not using. We offered to pay 3 months to get out of lease they declined. Management representatives we have spoken with say the company is declaring bankruptcy. The employees that work for Regus essentially say "yes this company is terrible, however there is nothing we can do to help you." They are not an honest broker and you would be much better off renting from any normal property management company or a legitimate co-working supplier. DO NOT RENT WITH REGUS.

Lisa set me up in a spacious, well-lit office room with two desks and a large window (that allowed me to view a lovely sunset while working into the evening!). While in a corporate center I'd never explored before, I really enjoyed that the space had a modern and inspiring feel to aid in my productivity, rather than a place that felt stuffy and old. The wifi worked great, and I appreciated the super reasonably priced vending machine for a quick afternoon snack! I will absolutely be working here frequently when in town! I have a service dog and the kids would run around the corner and try to scare my dog. The management decided that instead of dealing with the un-parented kids, they would give me grief about having a service dog. I went from being Brickyard's cheerleader to saying never again. I haven't stepped foot inside since the local manager's behavior.

You can walk in but they do require appointments for open tours of facility. Tours are Mondays & Thursdays only. You are buzzed into building. Greeted immediately by Neera. She showed me the available rooms for rent. There are signage requiring face masks. She wore hers but there was one person there working I guessed as a paid member ( customers are considered members) wasn't wearing their face mask. There are two floor levels of rental space. Depending on your needs the rooms can be for a single person needing privacy or a large group of 15. I was taken to the second location, Old Towne Road location. This location is much more modernized than the Penniman location but more smaller rooms. This location is a one level location and have a full kitchen access.
