Everything seemed to be going smoothly. A gentleman showed up, took measurements, and evaluated the damage. I was told they'll have an estimate ready for me the next day. Next day came and no estimate. I called and no answer. Left text messages with no response. A week later I tried again with no answer, but owner's wife did call me back from a different number and told me they have been busy and also that they went on a retreat. OK? I was told again they'll get the estimate ready for me but days went by and still no estimate. Now my texts and calls are being ghosted. I guess business is good to turn down work. In the end we asked him to match the style of the older fencing in our yard, which he did a great job of - but he also made suggestions for some modifications to make the fence more durable. He also added a nice detail work where the fence meets our shed so it matched - which I didn't notice until after the Job was done and we appreciate!
