Quick response, easy to work with, informative, good customer service, good pricing for the project.

Our garage door stopped working, so we ordered a new opener from Lowe's, their installer never contacted us. A local electrician recommended Pulido Overhead Door and we are very happy with them! Extremely responsive, quick service, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend!! read more

Excellent customer service with a smile! These guys are one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. I've had a couple problems with my garage door recently and they have responded quickly and solved the problem. Ended up buying a new motor and track from them. Their price was very competitive and I am sure they completed the job in a more timely fashion! read more

I had an excellent experience with this company. They respond quickly, communicate clearly, and consistently demonstrate integrity in how they do business. What really stood out was their approach to problem-solving. They focus on what actually needs to be fixed rather than trying to upsell unnecessary services. It's refreshing to work with a team that values honesty and efficiency. I highly recommend them. read more

The cables had jumped off the drums in my large garage/barn door. I emailed John in the evening and he called the next day (a Saturday) and made an appointment for Monday. He diagnosed and fixed the problem, rewound the cables, reset the limit switches, lubricated the door and left a very happy customer. read more

There's a reason this family-run garage door service has five stars: they are communicative, prompt, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to do an amazing job. They patiently answered all my questions, explained what they were doing, and cost was absolutely fair. I would hire them again in a heartbeat . read more

Tony and his sons (Alfredo and John) were fantastic. They were recommended by my general contractor. The boys serviced our old, solid wood garage door, replaced the rollers with silicone rollers, changed our opener that had been in the house since 1987, and replaced the garage door springs. John and Alfredo are super nice and got everything done quickly. They were meticulous with their work, friendly, and answered all my questions. Pricing was great too! I would highly recommend Pulido Overhead Door for anyone here in the Bay Area. They are my go-to guys for garage doors now. The last company I called tried to upsell me on so many things I didn't need. I had called another local overhead door company and never got a call back. Pulido's took care of us and told me exactly what I needed and did it for a great price. Tony responds right away via text! "Pulido" is also a great name, because it means "meticulous" in Tagalog and I am sure in Spanish as well. The Pulidos stay true to their name! read more

They have been our go to for any garage needs. From our newly installed garage opener to servicing it for maintenance! So far best price in town as well and warranties their work! read more

Amazing service! Super quick and skilled! Great customer service! Highly recommended! Thanks!

I would highly recommend Pulido's for any garage door service. John and Alfread came over to replace my motor and once they arrived, they were upfront with the cost and provided a detailed description of the work and what items would be replaced. They were very efficient and professional! I only wish other businesses operated like them! read more

Pulido's has the very best customer service! They are always friendly, nice and happy. They know their trade well. They are quick to respond and offer excellent service. My garage opener that they installed was not working properly. I called and their usual cheerful selves arrived within 45 minutes and immediately fixed the problem and showed me how to avoid it in the future. I highly recommend them. I do believe they have the best customer service I have ever experienced. read more

Top notch! Sent a request for an estimate through yelp and heard back within an hour or so. They came out the same day to take a look and we decided a new unit was needed. Gave me a great price and came back the next day and completed the work. They were very efficient, especially in 95+ degree heat and got the job done. Friendly and honest and I'll definitely go straight to them if I need anything else. You won't be disappointed. read more

Let's get to the point: I highly recommend this company if you need a new garage door or a simple repair on your garage door/opener. These guys know absolutely well what they are doing. It was easy scheduling an appointment on the phone and getting a free estimate (in-person). John and Alfredo (brothers and sons of Mr. Pulido the business owner) showed up with masks, with a great attitude and on time on the day of repairs. They were professional, courteous and very careful with their work. They installed a brand new garage door in about an hour. After they had left, I noticed that they didn't leave any trash behind or or evidence that they were there except a fantastic new garage door. They took our old garage door to properly dispose it for us. Pulido's - Remember that name and bookmark this business in your Yelp app for future reference. You won't be disappointed. read more

Within 10 minutes of needing a garage door repair at 6pm we had an appointment made with Pulidos for 6:30 the next morning. John came out bright and early on time and with a friendly smile and amazing service. He was fast, efficient and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and had very fair pricing. If you need a garage door repair hands down this is the company to go with. read more

Pulido's was exceptional!! They responded to my request within an hour (even though it was Sunday) and were very courteous. They were able to schedule me in first thing Monday morning and the two gentlemen that came to replace my broken spring coils were very prompt, courteous and professional! Pulido Overhead Door saved the day! I had a garage door frozen in place and was luckily able to get it to close for the night. I checked out the reviews on Yelp and was impressed with all the 5-star reviews for Pulido. I submitted the request via the Yelp button and received a call right away (7:40 a.m. on a Monday!). Owner Tony was great and knew exactly what the problem was with my FORTY-FIVE YEAR OLD garage door opener (props to Genie openers!), and was able to have his son John and his helper (sorry I forgot his name) come out within a few hours. Less than 1.5 hours later, I had a SWEET new garage door opener with a few bells and whistles (wi-fi - WHAAAAT?), and they even did some maintenance on my existing door and components at no additional charge. They were a pleasure to work with, were polite, worked clean, and even played cool tunes while they worked. I HIGHLY recommend Pulido Overhead Door and only regret not getting a new opener through them sooner. read more

Highly recommended! One day, our garage door wouldn't close. It would go half-way, stop, and go back up no matter how many times we tried. Called around and got lots of answering machines and "not available today" responses. But Pulido's answered the phone on the first try and was able to fit us in later that day. They kept us up to date to reassure us we were going. They allowed us to send a video of what was happening and called us to say they were able to gain some confidence in what was happening to know what parts to bring and what to expect on arrival. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working, and highly skilled. When the service was done and they called me out to see, I could tell within seconds that the door was functioning with a smoothness and accuracy that it never had even when newly installed. I will absolutely call Pulido's any time I feel the need for future service and will be recommending them to everyone I can. Thank you! read more

I called Tony Pulido to see if he could give me an estimate, and not only did he do that, he told me his sons were near my area and they could stop by right away, long story short, both John and Alfredo came to my property, checked the garage door damages, gave me a more detailed estimate and in 45 minutes to an hour my garage door had been repaired, up an running, excellent customer service skills, they both showed up wearing masks and ready to do the work, wholeheartedly recommend Pulido Overhead Door. Thanks Tony, John and Alfredo for your excellent service and super quick response. I'm a happy camper. read more

I've used Puilo's to install a new opener and seal around the garage door. My family has used them to install several (six!) garage doors over the last 3 years. They are responsive, trustworthy, and do solid work. Had an issue with the sensors after they installed them. Called 'em up and within a day they returned and fixed the problem - hasn't been an issue since (a year!). I will use this company when it's time to install a new door, opener! Thank you! read more

Had another local company leave us waiting for 2 weeks for an appointment and when they finally came, they made us make another appointment to install it ‍. I was so annoyed, so I asked my friend who lived in town if they knew of anyone else. She recommended Pulido's and gave me the number. I called last night, and they already got it done . It's only 1:45! Now that's service! Toni is the owner and was very nice and accommodating on the phone. I told him about the other company and our situation and he got it all lined up. I can't tell you how nice it is to have a company that follows through and does what they say they are going to do. They were on time and very friendly and fast. I highly recommend these guys. I also liked that they are a small family owned company read more

Tony and his team are great. Had two custom doors installed during a remodel, they look beautiful and work great. Had a minor issue with one of the controllers, called Tony at 6 on a Friday evening, he responded immediately and after troubleshooting didn't fix it, he sent his team on Monday with a spare to fix it. Since the manufacturer is shut down I'm not sure how he found a one, but that's great service. read more

My wooden garage double door collapsed after 55 years. I had just replaced the garage door opener two years ago. I was going to order a door from a big box but would have to wait for a door for one to two months. I shopped and found Anthony at Pulido's. He could install in a week using my existing opener. Anthony and John and Alfredo came and did a professional job. I installed the opener and it was laughable. They cleaned it up and made it look nice and secure and professional. They removed the old door and hauled it away. I got an insulated one because my residential street is a freeway even with speed bumps and it is quieter when it rolls. Pulido's are experienced. They knew exactly what to do and didn't inquire of me until the job was complete. The job ran so smoothly. Zero problems. What I really like is the windows as they allow the setting sun to illuminate the garage and warm the room , and I save on energy bills. Great job Anthony and John and Alfredo. read more

Called and received a call right away from John Pulido. The same day they met with me to give me a quote on a new garage door. Once we picked our style, they came out a couple days later to do the installation. They were friendly, helpful, informative and had the door installed within 4 hours. Price was right and the door was beautiful. I would definitely use them again and refer them to other friends and neighbors. read more

I had an appointment with a company that is named after this state, no show, no call, no answer. I had a window between 1-3pm, Im pissed, so I call Tony around 3:15pm, he has someone at my house to check the problem, got the parts ordered and scheduled the appointment for the next day, all before 4:30pm. It happened so quick it was almost annoying. On time and on budget, very professional. Tony's boys show a level of professionalism that is rarely seen now days, Good job on Tony's part. Tony came by and was the only vendor (out of 5) who had the guts and brains to show me why I could remove a middle segment on my older 2 door garage and use one larger door (by showing stress lines using the polarized filter proving it was not a load bearing segment). Father and son team came by and explained all their steps. They showed us how to lube/maintain the units as well as gave us the most reasonable price. It's been 6 years since, and the door hasn't had any issues. They also returned my calls to install a new remote and also offered to oil the door joints for us. Overall one of the best vendors I've ever worked with. read more

I contacted Pulidos at 8:59am because my husband had sent me a text message that as he left for work that morning the garage door didn't close completely. He had tried to manually close it but was unable to. So a little background on my home, its only 2 years old and when we first moved in my husband reversed into our garage door.... so possibly causing some strain on the current door. I contacted the warranty sales representative of my builder to just see if I'm still under warranty and turns out we're out of warranty so immediately after that call I decided to visit YELP to find a local business to hopefully fix or replace my garage door. I come from San Jose where you go to Yelp for good service.. well Yelp didn't let me down. Fortunately Pulidos said he'd send someone out pretty quickly. (Btw this is amazing and not use to same-day service) The workers arrived around 11am and immediately told me that they were able to fix my issue without having to replace the entire garage door... (what a relive) so they quoted us slightly higher which is sooo awesome cause in the END it was soo much less. The guys were done by lunch time.. OMG!! That's amazing right???... my husband wants to eventually replace the crappy garage door the builder installed and we know who we'll be contacting for that. Thanks for the GREAT customer services. read more

So happy! I would give them a million stars if it were possible, but since I can't I'll give them 5. We were so busy getting ready to go to my godsons birthday party then right when we were about to leave we heard a huge crash. Getting a little worried we checked the garage and around the house and we didn't see anything different. So ready to leave, we went to open the garage door and NOTHING happened. We tried over and over but it just wouldn't budge. Finally after trying everything we possibly could we decided to call a garage door company. I found this place through yelp & I believe l got lucky! I called the number even though it said they were closed & to my luck they called me back! Yay :) I explained my situation and sooner than later they were here. Couldn't have asked for better service! Thank you for going out of your way to help us! read more
