He was responsive throughout the process, professional, and reasonably priced compared to other companies I considered. The reason for the 3-star review, however, is that since the repair, my garage door no longer closes properly when my EV charging cable is underneath the door -- something that worked without any issue before the spring replacement. It's been less than a month since the repair, and because of this problem, I haven't been able to reliably charge my vehicle overnight in the garage. When I reached out to ask about the issue, I was told there would be an additional charge just for him to come inspect it. I understand the warranty may only apply to the spring itself, but it's frustrating when the door functioned properly before the repair and now it doesn't. Overall, the repair work itself was solid, but I was disappointed with the response and follow-up regarding this concern.
