I had Aaron Overhead Doors service my oversized garage door. Preston, the technician, came by and fix it quickly. He even had a new garage door opener to install. The old one was over 40 years old. He programmed the remotes: old ones and new ones. He even programmed my iPhone to the garage door opener. Amazing, now when I lay in my bed thinking if I closed my garage door late at night. I can look at my app to see if it's opened or closed. And if it is opened, I can close it with the app. Too cool! read more

Now called "Right Way Garage Doors", I say they are anything but. Was promised my doors in 3-4 weeks and they ended up taking 2 1/2 months to arrive. Not once did I receive a call with an update. When they finally arrived, the installers were great. However, the configuration of the windows was not what I ordered! And the company would do nothing about it. Fortunately, I was okay with the design they sent so I opted to just pay and move on rather than argue because it was going nowhere. Customer service was so disappointing and I will not be using them again ever. read more

Recently contacted Aaron's to troubleshoot a faulty garage door opener. Appointment was booked on short notice, called Friday had a technician onsite Monday. Lue showed up on time, to perform a thorough inspection of the door, door unit, and door openers. He discovered a loose wire, and several door hinge connectors that were also loose. He tightened up everything, and door is as quiet as when new, with no issues since the service. Top notch company, price for service is in line with comparable service providers, but the customer service puts Aaron's at the top in my book. read more

First off, Aaron Over Head Door was very responsive when setting up the garage door motor replacement installation. Louie who was my install technician was 1. On time 2. Very friendly 3. Skilled professional 4.Knowledable. Second Louie explained the step he would be doing as well as help me to get familiar with safety and operation of the new unit. The whole thing took maybe an hour. So in closing I was extremely satisfied with the performance of both technician and the upgraded unit he installed. I would recommend this company based on the performance I received...and Louie was excellent! Sincerely, D. Williams read more

This guy Larry is a flake. Called 4 times asking if they could come to replace the rubber seals under both garage doors while I was in town (this is for our vacation home) and he kept telling me to call him back the following week or week thereafter. After 4 times and a text, it was obvious my request was not of importance to him. He could have just told me he wasn't interested or didn't have time for me instead of tagging me along to keep calling. Lucky for me, I found someone MUCH more customer service oriented and did the job quickly and serviced my garage doors at the same time. They were so good and impressed me greatly that they got a great big tip on top of what they asked. When someone services me with respect and feeling appreciated, I always reward them in return. Go find someone else to take care of your garage needs; I did and now I have someone I will continue to patronize for their excellent, quick and inexpensive service. read more

We had a garage door torsion spring break and called a few companies to quote the repair. Aaron Overhead was much cheaper than the other companies we contacted. We had quotes for as high as $2000 for the repairs. Aaron was just under $500 for the 2 larger springs. They were also able to help us get one car out of the garage, since they couldn't get the right springs for our door until the next day. They returned the next day and completed the repair without issues. We have been happily using the door for the past month with no additional issues. When we need additional repairs for our door we will certainly call them! read more

After my husband attempted to repair our garage door a couple times, with no luck, he finally called Aaron Overhead Doors to get some professional help. I had Louie from Aaron Overhead door install a new motor yesterday. He was one of 3 technicians that have come over from Aaron to work on a pesky problem with one of my garage doors that kept on recurring. He eventually was able to trace the problem back to the motor, which needed to be replaced. Louie did the replacement very quickly and was super helpful in explaining exactly the various work steps he was doing. Louie was very thorough in ensuring that the work was done in a quality way. The new motor works really well and I am very happy with its performance. He explained in detail the new functionality of the motor and reprogrammed all existing remotes (in addition to the one that came with the new motor). He was super friendly and cleaned up everything after the work was completed. He is an asset to the company in my view. read more

If I ever have door issues on my personal residence, I'm definitely giving this company a call. read more

We had a very difficult and complicated situation due to the unique design of a garage in replacing the garage door opener. Larry was extremely efficient in coming up with a solution. Then, during the removal of the old operator and installation of a new side-mount operator, an unanticipated problem arose. The team came up with a temporary solution that enabled operation of the door until an electrician could make some required modifications. Kudos to the Aaron Overhead Doors team for having the skills and the commitment to get this done. read more

During the rains in December, we found our garage flooded. With a bit of research we realized the cause was our garage doors lack of seals. In an interesting twist of timing, the very same day my parents' garage door opener stopped working. A call to Larry turned into a quick resolution for both issues. Larry's years of experience resulted in my parents' garage door opener being fixed in literally 30 seconds. Our job took a bit longer than 30 seconds, but was done in an hour. Two new cables that allow our door to close properly and new threshold seals and we now have a dry garage. Aaron Overhead Doors has given us peace of mind.
