My original review of the initial installation experience is below: They installed my brand new garage doors a several years back and I just found a massive hazard caused by their work. The center metal bracket that holds the heavy springs was ripping out of my ceiling. When I looked closer it appears the installer completely missed the wood stud. One side might have barely caught a piece of wood, but the other side was just screwed straight into empty drywall. I was told by another professional that you cannot mount springs with hundreds of pounds of tension to hollow drywall. I texted and called the company showing pictures clearly showing the metal crushing the drywall and leaving a huge hole. His response was literally "What do you think is wrong, I don't see anything wrong." When I pushed back, he actually tried to tell me that only one side needs to be in wood and the other can just be anchored in drywall.
