Initially business was overwhelmed with work and I very much appreciated the honesty. When I was able to schedule a service call they were on time and quickly assessed the problem and identified the needed repair. The repair was related to a shed roll up door. The problem was taken care of within a matter of minutes (15-20). While the repair person was here (who I later found out was the co-owner of the company)I asked if he could resolve an issue related to my garage door spring. Without hesitation he immediately took care of that issue for me. If I could give zero stars I would. They came highly recommended by so many people and when they came out to look at my garage the tech was super nice. He was at my house for 5-10 min max and told me we could order new sensors and do it ourselves. I went to pay for the service call and he told me "it's ok." My husband bought the sensors and installed them! I got a call from a girl a few weeks later about an invoice they sent. I was a little shocked but thought maybe it was for the actual visit. I wasn't at a place that I could pay over the phone and asked her to call me back. When I opened the actual invoice I noticed they charged me $140 for a "full service and fixing my sensors." They never did any service and we fixed our own sensors!!!!! I called to ask more information about the charges and the girl was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. She argued with me about the service they provided - which was absolutely nothing! She told me I was "fine to pay it before" which I then told her I didn't know what it was for and assumed it was for the service call only. I was just now finding time to look at the invoice closely and they are charging me for something they never did!!!! She told me they did a full service! They guy didn't even as much as take a card out of his car let alone provided any service to my garage door!!!! Be careful using them! I wish I would have read the bad reviews before calling! Jacks overhead treats people like crap! They do not care if you are in an accident all they care about is if they can get out of the driveway. In the middle of the accident dealing with the person that hit me they started yelling and cussing at me to move my truck. The son told me he was going to kick my ass and wasn't afraid of me because I was very upset they couldn't wait for me to take care of my business. These guys are AWESOME!!!! Totally saved the day for me. David was at my house within 45 minutes of calling them. This guy REALLY knows his stuff. He was like a fine tuned machine. My garage was completely off the tracks, two wheels broken, tension wire snapped, and the chain drive was coming out of the wall. David fixed all of that in less than an 1hr. Rod and Manuel came out to my facility to do an estimate on a broken roll up door. While they were out here they FIXED the problem in less than a half hour. Installer was very nice. The door was not what I was quoted. Header board wasn't a complete piece of wood. So it looks awful. The door itself looks like a cheap $500 home depot door.
