One of the rollers on my garage door came off the track, so I called a few repair companies for help. Will responded right away and arrived within an hour. He not only put the roller back on the track, but also adjusted the track since the door was slightly misaligned and putting extra pressure on one side, which could have led to the same issue happening again. I really appreciate his quick response, professionalism, and on top of that, his rate was very affordable. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend Will for any garage door repairs. Thanks again, Will! read more

Overall, they are okay. They are responsive and easy to schedule. I should have done more homework, but needed my garage door working. A professional door company should use a quality door opener, but they installed a lower-grade opener that I should have checked. A good opener, such as a Liftmaster or Marantec will usually have a solid single-piece rail and a strong motor. They have Liftmaster on their website, so I didn't even think about it. After they installed and left, I checked the model on-line. Realized they installed a lower model (cheap) opener that is sold at Home Depot and Amazon. They way overcharged me for what I got. I could have just bought it myself from Home Depot for cheap and had a handyman do it for a fraction of the cost. Lesson learned, next time I'm going with one of the larger companies that use good products. The people who come out are good and super nice, but there are other companies out there that deliver better value. read more

Will came by within 1 hour notice and replaced our broken springs + serviced our garage door. It's now working perfectly and a lot quieter! Thanks so much Will! Highly recommended read more

Excellent work! Very clear communication, very fair price! We had an old, misbehaving garage door motor. Will gave us options, checked the door, and fixed everything that needed fixing. Thank you, Will! read more

Will knows his stuff! He quickly pinpointed the issue. Very responsive and professional - highly recommend!

Our garage door banged down so loud and we couldn't open it! My neighbor recommended Will and we called yesterday and he came this morning! We needed to replace the motor and instead of coming the next day, he went and got it and replaced it the same day even though it was 5:00 pm. We learned it's been in his family forever. His grandfather, Dad and now his sons. He was no nice and professional. read more

There was a broken spring on a rental house I manage and was told not to use the garage door until it was fixed. I called Will on Wednesday afternoon and he was able to get out first thing on Thursday to fix it. This was so great as my tenants were back in business. Will was great to work with and got the job done quickly. I really appreciate that he answers his phone and doesn't use an answering service or phone tree. read more

New garage door for an older home. We recently replaced the wooden, sliding garage doors on our older home. These doors were quite old, warped, and exceptionally heavy. We contacted Will, who promptly visited our home the same day to provide a quote. After reviewing the quote, I confirmed our acceptance via text message. Will scheduled the installation for one week later, allowing sufficient time to order and receive the custom-sized door. On the promised installation day, his team arrived and completed the work in approximately three hours. The result is a beautiful, remarkably quiet garage door, complete with two remotes. The installation was performed quickly and skillfully, and the entire experience of working with Will and his team was very pleasant. While Will's quote was not the lowest we received, we are confident that the quality of service and the final product are superior. We are very pleased with the excellent service provided. read more

Called this morning and they came right out.. analyzed the situation and explained everything.. performed the service.. great experience..

Within 15 minutes of requesting a quote, Will responded. He was at my home within an hour and I had a new garage motor, opener & system by lunch! It was a pleasant & swift experience. He was kind & patiently answered my questions. He was open & honest with what was necessary to be done and what was not. I am def pleased with my new garage & that my car won't get "snowed in" via the California cold & rain due to a super old motor. Ideally, I would rate this 4.5 stars given what a smooth experience this was. 0.5 stars off because I have no idea what the going rate is for replacing a garage door motor/opener and whether this is market price or overpaid. He was the first service I contacted and I did not do my usual research before scheduling the work. I am going to try a blind eye and be grateful for the convenience and safety Will provided my home! read more

My best friend referred me to Will's garage doors for a repair service. He did not disappoint! I was very pleased with this company

The garage door opener failed. We called Will's Garage Doors and were able to schedule a replacement garage door opener that same day. Will showed up on time and quickly installed the new opener and hauled away old mechanism and cleaned up well after the installation. We are most satisfied with the installation. Very great service, timely and efficient. Will knows his profession well and very customer centric.

Happy with Will's service. When our garage door broke on a Saturday, I called and he came out within an hour. I appreciate that he was honest and thorough, and explained things to me as he worked. The opener is operating more smoothly now, and since we don't drive tall vehicles, he set the opener up to open 95% of the way so the door will last longer. Happy to have the peace of mind. Thanks Will! read more

Our garage door spring suddenly broke and found Will on the Next Door app from neighbors that were very happy with his work. Now, after using their services I see why his rating is so good! Another stellar service call. I own rentals and have used Will in the past. This is a locally owned family business. Tenants call with a garage door not closing. I went but was unable to locate the problem. I called Will , explained I was at property (I don't live there) hoping he could come out. He says he personally could respond that evening but his Son could respond soon. Long story short , Will Jr. responded in 1/2,hour, adjusted door, realigned sensors, lubed door all for $99.00 He's my go-to-guy... honest, prompt and reasonable read more

The spring on our garage door broke. I found Will's on Yelp with great reviews. I also liked that they are a family owned business. I called and Will sent his son, also Will, out in about an hour and in 45 minutes I had two new springs on my door. Very professional, knowledgeable and quality work. Highly recommended. read more

My husband and I were pleased with the way Will handled our situation from the beginning. Will was quick to answer and was able to arrive here within an hour. We contacted other door repair companies but they couldn't make it as soon as we needed. Will was honest and fair. He immediately stated that our door was only in need of repair and not replacement. This was a big relief to us. In the future, we will be contacting Will if we need any repairs on our garage door or if we need a replacement. Thank you Will! read more

Quick response, great service. Will addressed the door's sluggish performance pointed out some things like an aging motor that may eventually need to be replaced. He only did what was needed, though, and I appreciate that he recommended I run the current opener until it dies (rather than trying to upsell me an expensive new one.) Door's operating great and when it's time to replace the opener, I'll definitely call Will again! read more

Will was great. He was able to come out and fix my garage in no time at all. Great prices and great service. If you have any garage door repair or replacement needs call him! read more

When I close my garage door, it started opening up after it touches the ground. I called a few places on Yelp for quotes on a fix. I'm so blown away on the honesty of this business. A minimum visit for a quick fix can cost $99. But because it can easily be adjusted by a screwdriver, the employee told me where to look and told me how it can take 30 seconds to adjust the down arrow adjustment. I adjusted the up arrow a bit up more. It worked and door stays close! I can't afford them for a new replacement, but I'll definitely keep them in mind when I have the budget for it. Our liftmaster is 10-15 years old. They sold me with their honesty. Forever grateful. I look forward to working them in the near future! read more

Our garage door's cable broke unexpectedly and the door collapsed sideways when my husband was getting ready for work. I quickly browsed through Yelp and contacted Will first. He said he could come over in an hour. And that was exactly when he arrived. Will noticed that our door was about 20 years old but has a newer spring. Those were correct assessments. He gave us options to repair or replace the door. Knowing the many issues we had with it, we thought it was about time to get a new one. He showed us a catalog with many colors, styles, and thickness options. There was no pitching. We felt comfortable discussing our needs and budget during the selection. Once decided, Will promptly removed the old door so that my husband could go to work. Then Will went to get the materials and came back two hours later. This time, a young and polite guy, William, came to help. The installation lasted about 2-3 hours, including cleaning our dirty garage. We like the new garage door. And we are thankful to have a fast and quality service. Will and William are true professionals. Highly recommended! read more

Will's Garage Doors provided great service when we first changed our garage doors. A year later however, one of the doors gave a warning sign - excessive force detected- and said this required attention. Will said he could come the same day to inspect. I waited. Later he said he thought I was in Almaden. Because I am in San Jose, he could not make it. So, we arranged another day. He did not show up. Later, when I checked at the end of the day, he said he had an issue with his truck. I expressed displeasure at his lack of communication and he seemed to get upset. He came another day when my wife was home. My wife could not show him the error message as it went away when the garage door was opened. He told my wife that if we could not show him the error code, how would he know what the problem is. He was rude, made some adjustments and left. The problem was fixed but the experience left a bad taste. It's been a while since we had this experience. Now we need maintenance/ some tuning. We are debating if we should call Will again or go with someone else. read more

I needed a garage door opener installed, and I am so busy that I do not have time to be home while services are being done. I reached out to Will because of his great reviews. Will respond right away and came out as soon as possible to give a quote. His quote was very reasonable. I chose a garage door opener with belt drive and it came with a camera and Wi-Fi capabilities. I was not home when the work was done, but when I got home, it all looked nice and the garage door opened very smooth. Great work even without me having to be there read more
