none of these things were respected: service, quality or value. I was gaslighted and Eric and his one man crew walked off my Job. He attempted to shake my hand as he screwed me on a time sensitive and budget sensitive job. we figured he got a better offer. he is also a bit creepy, use your instinct radar before you walk through a job alone with him. I would have given 0 stars but yelp requested something. Eric is a manipulator so I fully expect a manipulative response here from him. If you trust him, you are not listening. He does not listen either, he wants to separate you from your money. I promise! I lost 5 thousand dollars in 3 dayz. We have since discovered that our appliances are possibly destroyed as major sanding happened without materials being covered. Our appliances were new, Something as basic as drop cloths could have prevented this. This is a quality of work issue. He is bad very bad all around. read more

I called this company a month ago to replace a few single pane windows that were failing at our new recently purchased house here in Santa Cruz. My biggest concern was structure damage which was indeed found as soon as they started. This was the first time I didn't have to deal with a variety of subcontractor visits to complete what I would think is a simple project. This company addressed not only the windows but also replaced all the framing that was rotted out, installed all the wall finishes and painted. At first I was honestly a little upset when I requested an estimate because Erik mentioned it would take a while for them to meet with me. I'm glad I waited though because now we have the bathroom we've always wanted. The pricing was a little high but the quality of work was outstanding. These guys really like to take their time with the details and can get a little overwhelming but trust me it's worth it. I was taken through a series of steps that included bathroom design renderings which really helped us visualize the project completion before the project even started.
