My car had a flat tire a while ago just coming out of my garage and I'm pretty certain it was the nail that came out the spring punctured it. I only found one of them on the floor. I called the overhead door and the lady on the phone tells me because I didn't get yearly maintenance from them, it's not covered by their warranty. IMO it's a really dishonest business not to correct the faulty installation issue they caused. She also quoted me $$$ per hour to repair the spring installation. Of course, I went with a different garage door repair company.
