After agreeing to go with their company on Friday, they started the flooring the following Tuesday and finished it the next day (Wednesday). They communicated clearly, were responsive to our questions, and were very professional. The LVT they recommended was commercial grade which was much thicker and sturdier than what we previously had. The quote they gave was comparable to others but the reason we chose them was they noticed that there was a concern about our existing floor not being level which they planned to address during their install. It looks like a completely new space. The job was scheduled within a few days and was completed on schedule. Let's start with the good - he did get most of the stains out and did a great job tightening up our carpet. He was also on time and easy to communicate with. The not-so-good: the main thing that irked me was that he put our furniture on top of our other furniture. This includes an air purifier that was on the dirty floor of our bedroom which was moved to be on top of our clean bed. He also put our tables on top of our couches. Not the cleanest method to clean. When I've hired Stanley Steamer before they come with 2 guys who move all the heavy furniture around and place everything on these pad-looking things. They never put things on top of things. They also ask you to move the smaller things out of the way. Also, he also wasn't able to get out of a couple of minor stains. I'd say he was about as expensive as Stanley Steamer, but not as effective. All and all, he was a nice guy but his methodology is questionable.
