I scheduled it during a time I was going to be out of town because I'm also unable to use the tub for 3 days. For some reason, they showed up way before the scheduled appointment and did it anyway. No call, no text, no email. They proceeded to leave my apartment a mess, clearly removing my things with little care. This can be seen in the photos. To top it off, one gentleman is seen vaping on my security camera and then walking right back in to my apartment. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the tub was resurfaced and the quality appears to be up to standard. Awful customer service though. Absolutely abysmal. I will update once I reach out to customer service and see what they do.
