There are a few things that make this place stand out: The Fries: You can't get any fresher than this. You can literally watch them slice the whole potatoes and drop them directly into the hot oil. The Burgers: So good! The hamburger buns are perfectly toasted and crispy. They come loaded with fresh lettuce, onion, tomato, a juicy beef patty, and their delicious signature spread (plus cheese if you order a cheeseburger). Service & Cleanliness: The staff here are wonderful--always friendly and greeted with a smile. I'm also impressed by how quickly they clear and wipe down tables once guests leave, which keeps the dining area very clean even when it's busy.

I've gotten regular fries before and was not impressed.. but, you can ask them to be "well" for extra crispy- almost potato chip flavor or "slight" for that freshly cooked yet "soggy" limp fries. I got "well" today since I wanted a chip-like fries, and it was delicious. Anthony took my order today, and he was so kind and helpful! I didn't have time to look up all the hacks for in n out, so he helped me select most of the toppings. It was delicious, and I think it'll be my go to order from now on. Please try fried mustard and whole grilled onions on your burgers! Game changer. Despite the busy, somewhat chaotic environment (which is typical with all In-N-Out locations), the customer service and food were particularly noteworthy!

It was noticeably white peppery and warming. It had a generous amount of veggies as well which I appreciated as someone who is always looking for sources of fiber. The decor really stood out to me for being cute and homey, and made me feel like I was in Tamsui.

I would have preferred to pay a couple dollars less and get no drink. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again but I also wouldn't be completely opposed to trying out one of their other bentos in the future.

This visit, we also added to our usual and tried their limited-time Honey Garlic Fried Chicken. Every piece was coated in crunchy garlic bits, with the perfect balance of sweetness plus a nice kick of spice. If you love garlic, this one is a must-try! And of course, we never leave without our Peach Mango Pie. That crispy, flaky crust and warm peach-mango filling are the perfect way to end the meal. Beyond the great food, I also appreciate how Jollibee gives back to the community through its JolliGive program, supporting nonprofit organizations. Our music boosters have held fundraisers here several times, and they've always been a hit! It's wonderful to support a business that also supports the community. Another improvement I love is the order queue screen. Being able to see your order status makes the whole process so much more efficient and convenient. Great food, community spirit, and thoughtful improvements to the customer experience. Jollibee continues to be a family favorite!

Food: 3/5 Service: 4/5…read moreAtmosphere: 5/5 The food is okay! It's very much fast food, I don't love it just because the flavors feel a bit plain and/or microwaved vibes, and this place is more expensive than some other fast food spots. The chicken outside is crispy but I chose the spicy option and I didn't taste a hint of spice. I do love my spice so maybe it was too subtle? It does also already come with gravy, so I don't love that the ordering tablets suggest more gravy for you to get but lesson learned! There are three ordering tablets next to the front door so ordering is fast and easy. They call your number when your food is ready. Service is either overly polite to the point of awkward or slightly aggressive, but overall fine. There's lots of seating and it's quite busy even when I usually go during my lunch break at 2pm. Strangers will also try to (politely) interact with you here so be prepared for that lmao Parking can get crowded at the mall but I always find a spot, you might just have to walk a bit to get to the main entrance. Jollibee also has a door directly accessible from the outside. The mall restrooms aren't amazing but usable. I'm not sure if Jollibee has its own restroom or not though. It's overall fine!

Staff were super busy on a Sunday lunch rush but were still attentive and kind Standout was the chicken enchilada - usually I'm not a fan (my reference el Torito) but the seasoning was quite good and texture still had some bite to it , not too mushy ALSO the beef taco was JUICY and flavorful and taco shell actually had a bit of crisp from some searing. The Birria dip itself was not super flavorful but did add a nice dopamine boost from the fat. I think their tacos are probably pretty fire would come back for that Chimichanga was yum I haven't had this before but I love that the burrito had a slight crisp to it bc it was fried.
