Recently, I had to fix one broken nail and was charged $5. It was poorly done so a few days later I came back to fix that same nail again. This time I was charged $10. You get the gist, they're just making up prices willy nilly. If they had done a good job during the first fix I wouldn't have needed to waste my time to come back for the second time. I then replied: "Then answer me the first time so I know you heard me." She continued to ignore me and speaking on the phone. When she finally thinned them out, she asked my daughter if they were ok and in an extremely rude way said: "Yes, or NO?" Afterwards, she made my daughter extremely uncomfortable, rubbing cream up her arms in an extra firm way. On top of that, she charge me $45 for tiny nails and a crappy manicure that she completed in 15 minutes. It is a shame that people like these have jobs in AMERICA in service and treat customers like this, but it's even worse when it is for no reason and while servicing a child.
