The salon inside is nicely styled and up to date with a modern feel, the massage chairs that you sit in for a pedicure are comfy and I like the touch of cleanliness and disinfectant they add by putting a new disposable clear bag inside the tub where your feet go after each use. You just have to be picky with who your nail technician is. The nail tech I got that day either didn't understand me or didn't know what I was talking about when I asked for the OPI "tiramisu for two" nail polish which is one of the MOST popular nail polish colors requested and used, so that really surprised me and he didn't even ask a coworker for help on what I wanted or was asking, instead he just gave me the sample of nail colors to choose from, completely ignoring my request....For that, I lowered my rating. read more

Definitely won't be going back , went for a much needed last minute mani . Crazy I had to pay $45 for something I wasn't even happy with. I went in wanting a specific color and style . They didn't know how to do it so they asked for me to just pick one color . Mind you what I wanted what a basic coffin style ombré French look , so I went ahead and picked a pink to make their job easy . Right there I should've known it wasn't worth staying . Fast forward to getting the nails done , Before the "nail tech" painted the nails I told her I wasn't happy with the nail shape she said "it's okay I'm not done" wellllll let's just say she finished and I was not happy what's so ever . It's been a while since I last had my nails done here, but I started going back two weeks ago. I made an appointment for my cousin and I for 11am on a Sunday, which is right when they opened, and my cousin and I were immediately attended to and had our pedicures started. My pedicure was great. He did a great job and I love the color I picked out (they have a good selection to choose from). After that I was seated to have my gel manicure, again he took his time to do a good job on my hands. The only thing I questioned was that he filed my nails again after the gel had dried and I was worried that might cause them to chip faster. So far so good. Now my cousin had to wait, because apparently there was an issue with another client, but they tried to accommodate as best they could, but she did have to wait for a while. Situations like this happen, but I wouldn't used that as a key indicator of their overall service. I'll be back in two weeks :) read more

I've been coming here for some time now, I'm usually seen within 5 minutes which I really like. They have a huge selection of gel nail polishes, which is what I get. The techs there are kind and friendly. Recently though I went in for a gel manicure. The girl doing my nails showed me the new colors they have, which were at least 100! And all soooo pretty. I went with one from the new collection and within 4 days, they were chipped on six of my fingers. I went in for them to fix them and the day after, they were almost all chipped again. So I paid $25 for a basic manicure I never had an issue with the older colors they have, I have a pic of what the new collection looks like so don't pick from those! I do not recommend going, wouldn't even bring my dog to do their nails here. They do not clean any of their tools before using it on other people. I witnessed this myself. Horrible! I walk in asking for gel pedicure, I ask if they have white bunny... and it's like I was talking to a wall! So annoying.... by the time she was painting, I was so frustrated w the fact that she doesn't understand me, she had started to paint with regular polish not gel. This will be the last time this nail salon receives my business after the rude encounter I had with the old man that works in the front which I believe is the owner .He is extremely rude and really lacks customer service to begin with. He did my nails only and when he was done, I gave him a five dollar tip, which I think is pretty fair for only doing my nails. He told me my bill was $100 for me and my husband so I gave him $120 because you know they always put you with many different people and all of them all expect a tip so I'm trying to be fair to everyone and make sure I tip everyone and when he saw that I gave him $120 he only gave me $10 back in change and I proceeded to tell him I gave you $20 in you only gave me 10 back for tips and he lies and tells me that he told me the bill was $110 not $100 which again is not true. I heard what he said, and he told me $100 but that's OK because of him being greedy his other employees missed out on a tip, and I will never again come to the salon. Don't waste your time or your money. I came here because I had a family engagement and wouldn't have time to drive over to my regular salon. I called and asked if anyone could do my mani/pedi in 10 minutes and the girl said yes. I got there and they left me soaking my feet in water for about 20 minutes... In less-than-lukewarm water. The nail tech was friendly, but she seemed so lost. Her touch was so light, she barely pushed back my cuticle. When she used the tools, she barely touched my feet. It was as if I wasn't even getting a pedicure. The foot massage was sucky at best. I asked if my nail was ingrown, and the lady didn't speak ANY English - none at all. She called someone over, but instead of coming over, they asked me what I needed from across the salon. Am I supposed to yell "IS MY NAIL INGROWN????" loud enough for everyone to hear? I get my mani pedi every 1-2 weeks. I can't stand to have dead skin on my feet. I am used to getting GOOD, detailed pedicures, and this was far, far from it. I tried Q salon and even after a less than stellar first experience, I went back. The second mediocre visit - plus their THREE phone calls the same day to change my appointment time and check if I was still going because he could only see me ten minutes prior to my original appointment time - was the last time for me. Enter Chateau Nail Spa and Annie. The salon is clean and spacious and there are visible sterilization stations. And my nails are perfect! They are not thick, they're not razor edged, they are the correct shade of pink. I am a HAPPY girl! I'm very picky with my nails and can gladly say I found my new nail tech. read more

When I arrived they had one space available and no one even near ready to start a new customer. On top of that a lady arrives on time for her 4:00 scheduled appointment with the lady doing my nails. So I got passed on with an incomplete manicure to start my pedicure with another person. All the while getting my half a manicure the lady with the appointment angrily glaring at us.
