I had an appointment at 6 but they were quick to provide service. the gentleman that provided the service was very quick and did not paint my hands nor my feet well and when asked if he could please place another coat on my hands he became irritated. When my toes were done, I was sitting for them to dry And I realize that half of my toes were too light and we're missing polish. By this time he had already placed another person in the chair and I had spent enough time there. I figured I would reapply at home since I had the color. When I got home, all my nails were dry except for my left foots thumb It came off while showering and was rippled. overall this was not a great experience. I came another time and my gel nails only lasted a week , I'm hoping it is not the case this time as well. read more

I went to get my nails done for the first time at this salon. Only because the one i usually go to they don't do appointments, and I know I was going to have to wait an hour or so for my turn. My mom and I got there and we were greeted immediately. He asked for what we wanted and we went straight to pedicures. Now... I don't really like posting bad reviews but, I feel like I wasted a lot of money.. to get a really bad job done. And we still left a tip. While I was doing my pedicure after 10 minutes when it was time to paint my toes, they switched to a different female while the other one walked away basically simply not wanting to finish the job. I'm going to post my nails a week later after having them done and my toes. One of my nails fell off yesterday! And it's only been a week... oh.. and we paid $110 in total.... my mom also told the lady she did NOT want gel, and she proceeded to put gel on her nails and said it was better that way.. This is my go to spot when I don't have an appointment anywhere else. They are reliable and pretty quick. I do my nails with Lisa. The only negative is that my nails are never measured so one hand always has longer nails than the other. Other than that, they are old reliable. They are also inexpensive. The only thing is that they don't get too creative with designs as far as what I have asked for, which has been a simple flower or heart. They are simple, quick and inexpensive over all. read more

They did see me right away without an appointment but the gel manicure peeled off in a week. The pedicure polish was ok but not much was done to my heels etc. I will not be going back. I paid $30 for "shellac" which they use gel polish for. I didn't get a nice massage after. Not happy. I'd rather drive further, pay less, and be pampered. Also! When getting a pedi done, the same brush they use to scrub your feet is the same brush they use to clean the water blow where your feet are in there, and they don't even clean that area very well. I've never really taken the time to write a negative review but after my last experience with this business I felt the need. I've been going to this place off and on when I'm in the area since they 1st opened years ago.. My mother and sisters used to go too but stopped because of bad service. They are rushed all the time, pricier than other places and seemed bothered when you want to add other services. My teen daughter and I went in to get refills and pedicures.. They did our hands first so when we went to sit for our pedicure, my guy removed my shoes, pulled up my pant leg. my daughter's guy didn't even help her remove her shoes etc. Why? Because as he was finishing up with her nails a customer walked in and asked for him to do HER pedicure. So as she's removing her shoes and being thrown to someone else to do her pedicure she messes up her nails... They all start yapping in their native tongue as they usually do because she "mess up" her nail. The lady that ends up doing her feet now is "upset" I guess because my daughter "mess up" her nail so she's throwing my daughter's foot around and giving her attitude the entire time. (my daughter was not sitting right next to me and didn't tell me until we were done) I think it's very rude and unprofessional the way they acted. Will I return? I'm going to say probably not. I usually give businesses many chances before I say enough... I think this was my enough moment. Our nails and feet came out nice but to sacrifice service just to get decent (not great) work isn't worth it. read more
