Louisiana joes looks like a small sandwich shop from the outside but inside it is a flavor factory. The staff was so warm and welcoming and were so helpful. We tried the pork sandwich, jambalaya and the Mac and cheese. There are so many great menu options, it was hard to choose. The jambalaya features shrimp, chicken and sausage. So flavorful and the portion size was excellent for the price. The pork sandwich was delicious - pork was super tender. But the star of the show - the Mac and cheese. We are Mac and cheese lovers and try it everywhere. Well congrats, Louisiana joes. You've officially taken the top spot for cheesy deliciousness. I just regret that we didn't add a protein.
