My second time here, and I've made it a mission to come each time I visit. Their smoothies are super refreshing, and made with simple ingredients: fresh fruit, milk, and coconut water. The cappuccino was warm and inviting. Their breakfast is also pretty good. My favorite part about this place is the river and views outside. I love sipping on my drink and listening to the calming waves of the river. read more

This place has some good coffee. I had a vanilla latte. It wasn't extraordinary or anything but it was definitely solid! Tasted great! Also, the place itself is pretty cool. Seating area kinda wraps around and then the back patio faces the creek/stream. Nice relaxing place to drink your coffee. This was out favorite coffee shop during out visit. We stopped by almost everyday. It can get a little busy at times but we didn't have to wait too long for our coffee. Coming out of Rocky Mountain National Park we wanted a coffee and a snack. This place hit the spot! I ordered the banana-peanut butter toast that came with chia and flax seeds and a drizzle of honey. This coffee is sooooo delicious, we stopped here more than once on our vacation, and we typically like to try as many places as possible without overlap. We bought a bag of beans to take home as well, and they have lots of gifts - fun socks, merch, beans, chocolate, mugs, etc. to buy as souvenirs. The bagel sandwiches, while messy, were a toasty treat on cold mountain mornings. The avocado toast was just okay- more like avocado bread - and it was a bit too spicy for my easily overstimulated taste buds. The star here is 100% the coffee. My favorite flavor by far is the Secret Garden (pistachio & white chocolate, seasonal), and my partner enjoyed the Smokey Bear (hazelnut & blackberry, year-round). Their drip coffee was so flavorful, mild, and smooth it would be the perfect way for someone to break into drinking black coffee for the first time. It's just a super cute shop with great branding, sustainable practices (highly appreciated), and an unbeatable spot near the rushing river that cuts through downtown Estes Park. read more

Came here a few years ago when visiting Estes Park and had to make sure and come back this trip! I love the location out back on the river walk and inside has lots of great seating and free wifi. They have gifts and coffee for sale as well. I always end up buying more than just coffee I'm usually a black coffee/ americano girl but this time I got the seasonal Lavender Honey Fields latte and wow was it good. Actually made several stops while in town to get it again. To be a coffee shop they actually have below average prices so that's a major plus as well read more

A unique experience, I thought should be applied to more than coffee. Servers go out of their way to make you feel local, and valued. The drip coffee was smooth and fresh. The cookie did not hold its shape outside the wrap, and crumbled excessively, but was still very good. I first heard about this place from a tour video, the philosophy here is what I am praising, more than the excellent coffee, and crumb cookie. The example set here is - Make it a priority, be kind first. Maybe we'll see a Kind D.M.V., or Kind Post Office someday. read more

I've only been here once, but I was very impressed with my iced chai and my husband loved his iced coffee. After we got our drinks we went outside and sat by the river, with a beautiful mountain view. Kind Coffee is a must-stop whenever my family visits Estes Park. I think my favorite thing about Kind Coffee is the location. Kind coffee is at the end of the main drag in Estes and is easily walkable from anywhere in the downtown area. It's also located right along the mountain stream which I love. We love taking our coffee out back and enjoying the lovely sights and sounds of the water. Great vibe and nice outdoor seating by the creek! Coffee was just okay. It had coffee grounds in it and tasted quite bitter. They got our coffee order wrong and blamed us for grabbing someone else's coffee, when in reality they accidentally rung it up wrong. It felt rude. read more

The woman at the counter taking orders seemed very disinterested and bothered that we were there for a coffee. Upon walking in, I greeted her with a smile, excited to try this coffee shop! But received no response except a glare. I ordered my coffee, but to my surprise, the sugar cookie latte with oat milk was very subpar and unfortunately not worth the $8. Solid little coffee shop in downtown Estes. Tons of drink options. Great breakfast/brunch handheld sandwiches/wraps. Their drip coffee isn't the best; I'd grab a pour-over or Americano next time for a fresher brew, but that's me splitting hairs. Great location right alongside the stream (when it's thawed). Fair prices. If you're driving in from town to hit the park or don't want to settle for mediocre breakfast at the Stanley, pop by here in the morning. read more

There are a few coffee shops in Estes, but Kind is the best. Hands down. Their coffee is fresh, and they have a small collection of breakfast options. The Kind Shake is amazing. My favorite item, though, is their homemade nitro cold brew. Do yourself a favor and snag a cup for your stroll around town. The one drawback is the available parking directly in front of the cafe. The lot can be challenging to enter and exit. Overall, 100% worth the trip! read more

Kind Coffee is a perfect coffee and breakfast spot on your way in/out of Estes Park, tucked away right by the entrance to 36. Kind Coffee served up a an earthy dark roast and tasty Mexican Mocha for us this weekend, and has a very local feel with many small souvenirs and products. The food menu is diverse. We ate the hummus toast and breakfast burrito with bacon. Both of which really hit the spot! The burrito was not too eggy and had a good balance of ingredients with a doughy tortilla. We've definitely found our local spot when visiting Estes. read more

Great prices. Great selection. Great location. We tried 4 different coffee shops on our visit to Estes Park but I really enjoyed this one. The coffee wasn't too sweet, but still had a great flavor. Be sure to take your coffee out back to enjoy next to the river! Also, a nice bonus of this location is a water bottle filling station, perfect for a day on the trails. read more

Super cool coffee shop in an amazing location! Drinks/Food: got the Kind Latte. It is made with a Cubano shot (when you put sugar on top of the espresso before you pull the shot). The drink was good, but nothing too special. It was smooth, and subtly sweet, but I think that it was perhaps washed out by the steamed milk. If I were to do it again, I'd either get a smaller size, or more shots that way the espresso could shine more. Overall 4/5 I also got the Açaí Bowl and it was super delicious! The crunchy granola mixed perfectly with the smoothness of the açaí. The drizzle of honey on top added the perfect amount of sweetness without going overboard. Unfortunately, the bowl was a bit runny and hard to enjoy on the go. 4/5 just because of how runny it was. Baristas: The staff was very friendly and helped us to pick out items that they say the locals enjoy. We did mess up a part on our order and they seemed a bit frustrated to have to remake it, however they covered it well and kept their cool. 4/5 Atmosphere: This right here was the best part! The shop itself is very cozy and fun to be in. However, the true gem was the stream outside. Right outside the shop is a stream running along a trail. The shop has set out several chairs for its customers to enjoy. I couldn't ask for a better place to sip my coffee than in the mountains at sunrise with a stream running right past me. 6/5, I would definitely visit again just for the atmosphere read more

I also found the coffee to be excellent; I could tell they take their brewing seriously, and I really appreciated the high quality of the beans. However, I was a bit disappointed with the food. I ordered a pastry, and I found it to be fairly mediocre, which was frustrating given that I thought it was very expensive for the quality. My overall takeaway is that I found the experience to be a bit pricey for what I actually received. While I definitely recognized the quality of the coffee, the cost of the food didn't quite line up for me.

I had to check it out and I'm thankful I did! They have quite a variety of teas, yet not an overwhelming amount. I decided to go with their number 1 option, the Rocky Mountain High tea. A sweet, fruity blend of ingredients. She brewed it right then and there. The owner is very knowledgeable of her products, real friendly and welcoming just like this whole town. Most of the top teas add a hint of Rocky Mountain flare to then; they include some ingredients that are associated with these mountains. Prices are great, the service was top notch, and this has to be the best tea shop in town. You are able to purchase tea by the bag as gifts. Next time I'm in Estes Park, I'll be coming back here.
