First of all, let me say that the food is phenomenal. The bagel flavors and combinations are…read moreamazing chef's kiss ....five star on the flavors. Well, then you might be asking why the three star view? Here are the reasons: the AC inside does not work well at all. You go in there Saturday at 10:30 and it's already over 80° inside. That's no Bueno. Secondly... they don't have a public bathroom. Which I'm pretty sure is a health code violation. Any business that serves food has to have a public restroom. And third, the wait recently has been crazy. The last few times I've been in there you're waiting 20-30 minutes for a couple of bagels. Not cool! SoMo... do us a favor, work on your processes to speed up service, make your bathroom available for public use, and get your AC fixed or run a mini split to get your own AC going. As you can see, I gave you initially a five star review because the food is phenomenal and I still feel that way. But with the rest of the issues I won't be back until these things are corrected. I hope this message received and I hope things change. if they do, count me in I'll be back as I love the food! I was a supporter and will return to being one if these are corrected.

They have multiple sugar free options which is nice when you are eating out and feel super bloated, but still want a "healthier" treat! This is certainly one of the nicest and fanciest looking coffee joints in all of Foley, AL. The service was great as they were VERY fast in getting my coffee order to me. Now I did visit in the later afternoon which doesn't seem to be a prime time coffee demand time in Foley while I'm used to 24/7 coffee joints in New Orleans. Unlike New Orleans this business does close really early so they close at 3PM daily which is really very early by my internal coffee time clock.

There was thought put into this restaurant, at every level. From the decor, design of the menu and…read moreeven down to the pickling spice. Hear me out, I have been passing by this place for months, maybe years, and not given it a second thought. I messed up, this place deserves attention and some love. From the smash burger that I didn't want to like, to the avocado toast that killed it as probably the best version of that dish that I've ever had. The burger was good, beefy and with a decent sear, the brioche bun was nice and sweet. The pickle was really good, didn't love it on top of my bun when I already had it in between the buns as ordered. I sampled my wife's avocado toast and $&@", that was awesome. The restroom was clean and surprisingly well adorned with decor. I really love the vibe of this place. This is a five star review up to this point. Didn't love the 95 health department score with a paragraph of writing at the bottom. The service area was dirty with spilled coffee grounds and spilled drink product visible. I didn't love the staff experience, and for such a well thought out restaurant design, menu, decor and experience, that is the one variable. I will come back, I will bring others and encourage other folks to try. This is a cubic zirconia diamond in the rough and nearly a real diamond in the rough. I want to try your other burgers and brunch offerings. The pickles, if they aren't house made it will break my heart because those were killer spice blend. Chef can I barrow your recipe???
