The entire order felt like it was thrown together without any attention to quality or customer service. A warm, toasted bagel with butter is a pretty basic expectation. Instead, we received cold bagels and cold butter, making the meal unenjoyable. If Dunkin has changed its policy and no longer butters bagels or properly toasts them, customers should be informed. Unfortunately, this was not the quality or service I expected, and I'll think twice before returning to this location.
