The manager at this location has got to be the kindest, most upbeat and GENUINE lady in the biz. Her happy fridays actually make me want to have one! She remembers my name, my drink, and beyond. Just stopped by and picked up my drinks I had mobile ordered. I ordered: grande Iced americano With half and half. Venti Almond milk Chai tea latte Double (2 shots) Light iced 1 pump white mocha The americano has no coffee. It tastes like straight heavy cream, and water. Not sure what happened to the 3 espresso shots that are supposed to come with that. The chai... had no chai, the two shots that are an extra .80 cents to get (not the end of the world but really annoying)missing, oh that almond milk I asked for? Oh yeah they put CREAM in it. But don't worry guys I got the light ice so it's all good right? So if I could give negative stars I would, if I wasn't trying to move cross country I'd go back and ask them to remake everything, but I'll just settle for giving everyone a heads up, don't mobile order and make sure you taste your drinks before you leave the drive thru. read more

Wonderful customer service, very upbeat. Probably the best customer service I've had in awhile. Unfortunately my iced caramel macchiato fell short, it was so bitter. I wish I had been asked if I wanted some sweetener and I would have gotten some just in case. I also ordered the sausage egg tortilla, it had no flavor and I apparently got the last siraccha sauce and that isn't typically what I would put on a burrito but I had no other choice but it really didn't matter anyway. Pit stop on the way to the Florida panhandle. Loved the chic decor inside and cute little tables outside. Friendly service. Only little disappointment was the bathroom. No soap in dispenser. This Starbucks has always been consistent with making my drinks and the workers have always been very friendly! I almost always leave here with a smile on my face, even after I've had a rough day. If I had any complaint at all, it would be that I attempted to visit here a few months ago and it was closed in the middle of the day with no explanation posted anywhere. However, this is the time of COVID and It may be related to that. read more

Love the energy, tunes are legit, and my coffee is always how I order it. Hats off Daphne. 4/5 for quality and consistency. Five minutes after writing this review this angry lady came out and yelled at me for smoking on the patio. Turns out it's the manager. Wish Starbucks would allow smoking outside. We always stop at this Starbucks en route to Destin from Houston, which is a frequent trip for us. I think this store is filled more with 16 to 18 year olds excited about shift change than they have staff working to clear out the backed up drive thru and long line in the store. I get having long lines and staff that's busy trying to clear it. I'm more than patient in such a situation, but when I walk in and it's just employees chatting while the lines are backing up, maybe it's time for the managers to clean house. read more

We waited in line for about 30 mins and finally got to order..they were out of the basic breakfast sandwiches and nitro coffee...the coffee we did get tasted awful and burnt. Very disappointed! Located on the east side of Mobile, AL, off I-35 in Spanish Fort, on US90. This area is congested, so it's not the most convenient for a quick stop off the interstate. The parking lot is a little tight to get into and find a parking space. Once inside, the staff was quick, efficient and friendly. Drinks were well-made. Restrooms were a little busy. All three of us were happy with our drinks. The staff asked our daughter if she wanted her chocolate chip cookie warmed up, which we had never experienced before. We thought this was a nice touch. If you need to stop off the interstate I-10 for a Starbucks heading through Mobile, we've tried to this one, and the one off Exit #38. Pick this one [Exit #35] over the other. This is the most convenient Starbucks for the drive from Mobile to Pensacola. It's basically located right next to the interstate and it is easy to get in and out of. The parking is a bit interesting but has plenty of parking spaces. My orders have been nearly perfect each time. It is also surrounded by a shopping plaza and RockNRoll Sushi. This is probably my favorite stop in Daphne. I generally stop by once or twice a week from my drive back to Pensacola. read more

This is my first ever review and I have never felt the need to post one. Today, that changed after an unfortunate incident at this store. It is so disturbing how the employees treat customers at this location. I ordered online for pickup and arrived to a closed store with locked doors. Five employees were still there talking in a circle, completely ignoring me knocking on the door. Finally, one of the employees waved me away from about 15 feet away. I tried to signal that I had a mobile order and at that point I was just trying to figure out how to get my money refunded. Finally, after calling the location multiple times with no answer (and motioning to the staff inside that I was calling), the shift manager Liz answered and told me that she was in the back during the incident and was not aware of the situation. Further, she told me that she was aware that the mobile ordering system was still turned on. Shockingly, she recommended that I should drive to Mobile to get my order fulfilled! In writing this review, my hope is that another manager sees this. It is so inappropriate and fraudulent to treat customers in this way... I have been to this location many times and cannot believe the actions of the staff today. I have spent so much time trying to call corporate to receive a refund for my purchase. In the future, I will make sure not to support this store location. *Please note that this incident took place on 3/28 at 3:00 in the afternoon. read more

One of the most cramped Starbucks I've ever been in. I ended up having to sit by the fixin' station and had zero privacy as I worked. I went to Soul Caffeine yesterday and the experience was 100% better. I try to go to local places, because they directly support the communities in which they operate and don't use shell companies and political manipulation to keep their profits high. Starbucks has achieved serious market dominance with guerrilla warfare, placing stores in such abundance that others have a difficult time entering the market. Please always try to support the local coffee join. You'll find that the coffee is far less bitter and the service is genuinely honest. read more

I come here 3-5 times a week, the staff remembers my order even though the line is almost always wrapped around the building, they always have a smile on their face, even when it's obviously stressful, and even though it's typically busy, I almost always get my order super fast. Actually, the barista said she made it, so that means some fortunate soul got my drink too (I hope they got the one they ordered as well). This Starbucks is located on the corner of a street right across from a strip mall. The one bad thing about it is it seems like the space is very compact which makes it hard to feel comfortable in. The staff is friendly and one of the waitresses carried a small convo with me. Although she did seem aggrivated i only ordered a tall...The drink was made very well and was set at a good price regardless of the drink being a special (cinnamon dolce frap). Overall a good visit since i went inside, i couldnt go through the drive thru and get the same assistance so that was a plus. Wouldnt make it my usual spot but its convinient :) read more
