I always have a good experience. :) Mostly because I try not to let the little things bother me. If I have to wait a few extra minutes than expected..that's okay. I look at how busy they are and realize they are working as fast as they can. If my drink doesn't taste the absolute best I never take it back or have them re-do it. I realize they might be having an "off" day...like we all experience. I remind myself how blessed I am and try not let the little things ruin my day. This is the "other" starbucks in Spanish Fort, it is a stand alone building. The staff were friendly and quick, the coffee up to starbuckles standards. Overall a good place to get a quick pickmeup. read more

I'm a frequent Starbucks customer at home (read: 3x a day), so likely I've been spoiled by the excellent service I receive in my own domain. The staff here is either poorly trained, or just doesn't care. I ordered a CARAMEL frappuccino that had waaaaaayyy too much milk in it and classic syrup instead of caramel syrup.... They also took an eternity to get the drinks out. read more

The management here is wonderful. Whenever there is a mess up the Starbucks workers always make the moment right. A few new people still learning. Overall, I love this store and I love the workers here. My drinks and food are always tasty. read more

We stopped on our way passing through town. Most people expect that when Starbucks opens the door, the coffee is brewed and ready to go. Not the case at this Starbucks. We had to wait 20 minutes. Normally waiting is not a big deal, but we were in a hurry. There were a total of four employees in the store, and only two of them were taking care of customers. Why wouldn't everyone help if the line is backed up? (I gave one extra star because the employees we dealt with were friendly. read more

If I could give a -1 star then I would! First, I waited at the counter and the young man working did not acknowledge me and spoke to a co-worker that was on my side of the bar. Once he took my order I discovered he was completely clueless. He had no idea how to take my order and was walking around like a chicken with it's head cut off. The sandwich I originally ordered was out and he asked if I would like another and in 2 minutes he forgot where the sandwiches are kept after showing him! My caramel macchiato WAS NOT a caramel macchiato. It was milk with caramel syrup mixed in a grande cup. The staff had no idea how to handle its customers and no one seemed to know what they were doing. -1/10 experience. read more

I would give it less than one star if I could, they refused to give me the free refill I get at every other Starbucks after purchasing a handcrafted beverage. They asked me to bring my cups in (I was sitting outside) to prove I even purchased them when 10 minutes ago I had a whole conversation with that same employee while buying! They said that if I didn't buy a brewed coffee or tea originally I could not get the refill, which on corporate Starbucks website it says regardless of original drink. Interesting that I was sitting inside this Starbucks this morning and saw something very different going on behind the counter. There was a real zip in their step. They were timing the orders and clearly making an effort to get the customers (especially drive thru) quickly in and out . The man taking the orders was talking faster than ever and every now and then you'd hear a reminder "we're timing you". Good for them for acknowledging speed was a problem and making an effort to improve. read more

Been going to this store for 10 years. staff is overworked, but there are some excellent employees here. go out of their way to be of help and service. be sure to leave a buck or two as a tip for the hard work. Best to park and walk in, faster and cooler than wasting gas in drive up. Been to many starbucks across the USA, this one is very busy, but a great choice if in Daphne area.... read more

Slowest Starbucks I've ever visited. They never have the top featured dark roast, which causes me to go to the one in Spanish Fort.
