I'm not a huge Dunkin' Donuts fan in general. Their donuts aren't as good as the local mom & pop donut shops across the Bay, but I don't want to drive all the way to WeMo for donuts. The breakfast sandwiches are hit or miss. Sometimes they're cooked to perfection, and sometimes they're burnt. The kolaches are very small. They must being doing something different up in Boston where there's a Dunkin' on every corner, because if they had local competition here, I doubt they'd stay in business long. The service is inside is good and the drive-thru is quick and simple. They have free wi-fi inside, so if you want to sit and work and have a cup of hot tea (or coffee, if you drink it) and a pastry, it's pretty convenient. The place is always clean. It's worth a stop if you're in the area and craving a donut or in need of breakfast from a fast drive-thru. The prices are average. read more

Very disappointed with my experience at the Daphne Dunkin today. We ordered bagels that were specifically requested to be toasted, but they were served completely cold. To make matters worse, the butter was handed to us separately and was also cold and hard. I'm honestly confused--how are customers supposed to spread cold butter on a cold bagel? The entire order felt like it was thrown together without any attention to quality or customer service. A warm, toasted bagel with butter is a pretty basic expectation. Instead, we received cold bagels and cold butter, making the meal unenjoyable. If Dunkin has changed its policy and no longer butters bagels or properly toasts them, customers should be informed. We were surprised at how cheap, and once we got to the window the two ladies were whispering and then asked what we ordered again and said that it would actually be a little over $11. The people who work here are extremely rude. They were completely out of doughnuts at 5:30 at night. They were also out of milk and OJ. Rather than got ot the back and get more milk or oj, or make more doughnuts, they were counting the til. At 5:30 at night! I love coming here! They always has my vanilla cocoa cream filled donut! The red velvet cream cheese is another favorite. The coolatta is not as smooth as a frappuccino and I wish I ordered it with half the amount of caramel syrup. Too sweet for me if it's the regular amount. The service is always great and quick! I usually stop here on my way to work early in the morning so there's usually not a line! The drive thru is one way with no outlet unless you order, so don't try just "drive thru" lol! Then on numerous occasions I've been in the lobby while employees are being extremely vulgar while on cell phones, dropping tongs and reusing it!!!!! Meanwhile the manager is right there!!! Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. The staff is very rude and hateful, they move at a snails pace. We set in the drive through for 46 minutes the order intercom was either not working or they weren't using it but to make matters worse the staff was so lazy that they didn't bother to put a sign on it letting anyone know. When we got to the window and asked what was going on we were very rudely told my the young girl at the window that it wasn't her problem they were short handed and we asked why they didn't put a sign out to let customers know she agin said it's not my problem. I ended up standing there for at least 10 mins, maybe longer, while the workers just looked at me and walked right passed me. When I finally got to speak to someone I was told the interview manager wasn't even there that day. Why schedule an interview when you aren't even going to be there. The work had me fill out a paper application and after I was done I was trying to find someone to hand it to, but yet again nobody acknowledged me. I am so glad I did not end up working there. The customer service sucks, and might I mention the food and coffee also sucks. I don't recommend AT ALL. Save your money and go elsewhere! read more

We're a huge donut family. We (use to) go every morning on the way to school to grab a coffee and the kids each a donut. But customer service is wildly disrespectful. I'm shocked the manager hasn't fired the morning crew yet. The girl who takes orders is SO SO rude we've almost pulled off mid-order due to her attitude. One tip i would encourage the owner/manager to use during training... teach your staff that people are already coming to buy donuts (we're already in a happpy frame of mind) so, you have one job- let us leave your presence in that same mindset. I cannot stress enough just how awful this Dunkin' Donuts location is. In fact, I've created a Yelp account solely to raise awareness to the manager and hopefully other potential patrons. The only reason they are still in business is their prime location beside the interstate; That's really unfortunate because the public will continue to give them their money out of convenience. Countless times I have given them the benefit of the doubt and returned here, only to be let down in every facet of their business: The service, the accuracy of the order, and the food quality - all are atrocious. Employees move at a pace so slow that you want to jump over the counter and do things for them - they truly hate their jobs and it shows. My order is wrong 90% of the time; This is not an exaggeration - If you go 10 times, it will be wrong 9 times. If you order 3 or more items, just forget it, everything will be wrong. Finally, and most importantly, the food/donuts are garbage. I've been to countless other Dunkin' Donuts who do just fine. However, at this location, the donuts will be stale and the breakfast sandwich, wrap, etc will be cold/thrown together. I hate that a business with no regard for quality/customer service manages to stay in business because of their location. I can only hope that one day it catches up with them.
