This was my first time going to this place the ambiance is very relaxed its a smaller restaraugnt and they do fill up the prices are very affordable. This is a good place to go with a small group the staff is very nice and the service is quick we ordered and received our food shortly after, it was very hot. The plain chicken was good but out of the three it wasn't my favourite but I prefer my food saucy so that's just preference. The spicy soy garlic wasn't very spicy but it was flavored well the Galbi mayo was also very good flavor was nice it was a little bit sweet but everything complimented eachother well the fries were very good so crispy and fluffy similar to Costco fries. Tokpoki was not my favourite but I don't like the texture of rice cakes that is a personal preference everyone I went with enjoyed it and they said they would order it again

Triple box and Gimmari (comes with 5 pieces)

I shared a Triple Box and Gimmari with my friend and had a few beers. Their chicken isn't big, almost like pop-corn style, and I quite like it this way as each mouthful is full of the tasty sweet sauce. The flexibility to try out different flavours, whether you order half-half, triple, quadruple, or all-in-one, is perfect for sharing no matter how many people you have. In the midst of all the Korean food competition along Bloor Street West, this Korean Fried Chicken specialist offers a unique choice for casual diners. The restaurant isn't too big but has quite a few tables to sit and I see many people ordering takeouts. The atmosphere is very laid back and I highly recommend having a few drinks with fried chicken after a hard day at work.

Thought we'd like something a little different and came across this place. The carpet is astro turf, tables are low, and the chairs fabric lawn type chairs (very comfy). It reminded me of a cafe I saw on a TV show about Korea. I loved the decor. It didn't photograph very well, but once inside it was really cool, a very relaxing atmosphere. The lunch special was an excellent deal. It came with coleslaw and chunky pickled radish. Slaw was a little different. It had mayo and ketchup on it. I was unsure at first, but it was good. The flavour mix worked. The chicken was crisp and for the full price, it was a large portion and an excellent value. We had the spicy original and the garlic soya. I'd definitely order these again, but we will be returning and trying the other flavours. I used to think other fried chicken was the best, but Korean fried chicken is. And this is good. The service was excellent. They bring cold water when you are seated, are quick to explain the specials, deals, food prep. The kitchen was spotless and clean. This would be a great place to go for dinner or a late night snack with friends. The food is totally shareable.

    Quadruple box with cup tteokboki

I have only ordered take out from here, and every time they always arrived well packed! The last order i got was their quadruple box, and the flavor i chose were Cheongyang pepper mayo, thai chili, sweet cheese, and spicy soy garlic. I love spicy, if you can't tell :) the spiciness wasn't too crazy, but it's present. The spicy soy garlic is also a little sweet. The thai chili is on the tang side while cheongyang pepper mayo is savory. There was a promo in ubereats where an order over $40 gets a free cup tteokboki, and i didn't expect much of it. HOWEVER, that tteokboki was one of the best I have ever eaten. The sauce was not too runny, and taste was just right.

Tender yet crunchy spicy chicken. Rice cakes embedded in the sauce. Absolutely delicious.

Large Original Chicken, Fries, and Kimmari

A friend and I were in the mood for Korean FC, so we decided to give this spot a try. We had the Tuesday special, which was 30% off large original chicken. The chicken was amazing, I loved the sauce they used. The fries were ok (a bit on the salty) and the kimmari was good too.

Green onion chicken was my surprise favorite. Got the all in one 6 flavor combo. Enough chicken for 4. Spicy fries were really good too.

I was starting to get really hangry and irritated after walking around the city all day. We started with Korean beer and shots of Jinro Is Back Soyu. It was a good idea. Overall the food was quite good. I recommend everyone to check this restaurant out for themselves. The Korean pancake with seafood and vegetables was huge and much crispier than the one I've tried before. My beef tartare bibimbap was perfect. Just thinking about it makes me want to have it right now. The sizzling hot plate with pork and squid also looked very impressive. It must have been delicious as well, because one of my companions ate the whole thing with no problem. The spicy shredded beef brisket stew/soup 'Yukgaejang' was something which i wouldn't survive, but my man finished everything to the last drop. Hence we entered Jin Dai Lae. Good decision (yes, I am patting my back). Entree pricing was $3 to $4 lower than Markham/Richmond Hill. Portion was so big that you would be full, and might have to doggy bag. Most importantly, food tasted good. Short ribs stew had many pieces of beef. Squids hot plate was saucy. It wasn't too spicy, so it was good for me (menu didn't have a chilli sign either). For people who like it hot, you can ask for some chilli sauce.
