Next morning I called back when the office was open and someone was round within an hour and sorted everything. It then turned out there was a small issue that needed sorting out that he'd missed and I called and within a couple of hours someone else showed up to fix it. Having dealt with a number of the team they've shown themselves to be honest, responsive, friendly and really committed to looking after customers. It's good to feel in good hands for our heating and hot water.

Only reason I have it now, someone switched my account from Paraco. Serves all people in my private neighborhood, at a respectable price, no attitude from reception, and your problem is fix, or they recommend a good service. At 59 , one more service person , think it unreasonable not to wait 19 minutes, call you nick names like " sweetie." Will change whom I use Reliable, certainly. But as services Putnam County, or Westchester (taxes easily 120k) they are u aware of how much they over pay. 1st lesson of New York, go to "Sample Sales" in NYC for 80 percent off what Barnery's hasn't sold. Crown gas , is walking into Bendel's , not look at price. Surprise , you pay the full mark up. Know many people happy with this service, , however if not in lower Westchester, save your money . You will get far better service. Closer to home

Happy to say as a result I got an almost immediate response from Paraco who sent an updated bill removing the fee, leaving a balance of zero. So I am satisfied with the result. I think in a more ideal world situations like this could be resolved more directly but at least this was easily resolved and I hope the next time somebody has a problem such as this that my experience will be helpful.

Then they doubled down and forced me to fill the tank before locking it, so no one could use it till new buyer decided if they wanted it. After almost 8 months the house sold. Somewhere in the shuffle no one asked the buyer what they wanted. Now Paraco will not remove the tank (I paid for the gas not the buyer). I can't get anyone to confirm with the buyer what their plan is. Paraco refuses to go get tank without buyers consent. So I'm out the money and I guess the buyer gets a free tank of gas. If they had just removed the tank in May like I asked this would have been resolved. Great job Paraco..(sarcasm) Your support staff is not very supportive. Look at ALL your negative reviews. Maybe it's time to fix your issues. You got too big.

This caused an unexpected disruption in my business and required additional time and expense to resolve. I received two propane tanks that appeared to be empty or under-filled. When I tested them, they did not perform as expected. I attempted to contact Star Gas to discuss the issue and request a resolution. Despite providing my receipt, I did not receive a satisfactory response or a clear course of action to address the problem. The incorrect filling disrupted my operations and led to downtime and additional work to verify and correct the issue. The lack of timely, satisfactory follow-up from staff left me feeling unsupported as a customer. I retained my receipts and documented the issue.I plan to file formal complaints with the Attorney General's office and other relevant agencies to request an internal investigation and ensure proper resolution. A formal review of the incident and confirmation of the actual contents of the tanks. A prompt corrective action from Star Gas, including a refund or replacement tanks that are properly filled and certified. Improved customer service and verification procedures to prevent recurrence. I have documentation (receipts, dates, and the issue description) and am pursuing official channels to address this matter.

I have advocated as positive as I can for Bottini while not lowering my score for them, however…read moreyesterday this weekend was not necessary. As a customer I am on a fixed payment plan and locked in pricing, I agree to delivery on their schedule using their forecasting tool that tells them what my tank should read. It has never been accurate, in fact as of this weekend it was off by 25%. Now this is important as you get close to needing fuel. It they have me higher then I will run out if I trust their forecasting, but I can upgrade for $150 to a digital that they can monitor in real time. This has led me to have many conversations, especially when doing a contract. I make sure it is okay to call in a request and not go by fate of the oil gods. It is never an issue. They even have a spot in the app that you can do that for that reason. EVERY time, someone tells me I do not need a delivery. Every time, I have to call and explain - this is what my gauge reads. I know you service a huge client base. I am sending an awareness message as at times it can take a week or more to get on a delivery schedule. Oh, okay. Saturday, I was told my tank is not as low as I said. Excuse me? I'm looking at it. Well, what changed? Perhaps the 20 degree temperatures and single to teen overnight lows? The month prior we were 30/40 degree days and 20 overnights. Maybe I am using more hot water? Who cares. You don't need a delivery as you should only use 10 gallons a day. Well, if you need us to deliver this week or keep calling we can remove you from fixed pricing and terminate your contract. We cannot just add you to our delivery as emergent as there are people who need oil more! No one asked to be added to todays cycle or even this weeks. I sent a request indicated the tank level which is an option. You determine when to place me into rotation knowing that your forecast is incorrect. That's not how it works. We can charge you full price. Manager, Dana was no more helpful - coming out the gates very smug unless that's her speaking tone always to which, yikes. Basically I can deliver on Thursday or she can cancel your contract. This being my option because when an agent threatens to cancel my fixed pricing or contract, I asked to speak to a supervisor. Dana went on to tell me I abuse the system by calling in a request and that they never fill my tank completely and that I waste their time when drivers could be servicing those in need. It didn't matter I was told I should call when the tank is at 3/8 to 1/4 to let them know to get me adjusted in the schedule. It doesn't matter that they are given the precise level and can determine where I should fit in the delivery schedule. It also doesn't matter that this is only a winter issue and in the summer they use their forecast and have delivered a few times when my tank was more than 50%. Manager Kelly was more helpful and notated my account that I can call in and that they can determine when to schedule as I have never demanded a deliver within a day, I am merely saying I need one with the next weeks. I was told that more home owners should be like me and give an appropriate heads up as they no rally get people without oil in emergency. If that's the case, then why did everyone before argue me? Between being threatened to be cancelled, having a driver tell me that they would not deliver because my drive way a sheet of ice in which I sent real time pictures and there was one area of wet slush on a 40 degree day, and a propane tank that was leaking for a week before I was taken seriously that my tank smelled and something was wrong, a technician charging me to turn a screw that my wife said I could handle later but it's not a problem he was in the radiator but conveniently forgot to mention if he turned the screw 1/8 of a turn and then back this was a full service charge - I think it's time for management to really listen to their customer experience.

We didn't do the service last year because we were in the new place and, quite frankly, pretty overwhelmed, and there is absolutely no grace. No refunds, no compassion, no service.
