In addition I was without propane to cook for two days , I suggested a simple pony bottle and was promised delivery the next day. It never happened. I called Combined Energy and asked for a credit of 25 dollars for my ruined dinner. They said they would not issue a credit. It was a take or leave it approach . They installed a tank and charge me a very high price for the propane because it is for cooking only--this is understandable and expected. Soon after, I received a bill for $40 for low usage. When I questioned the bill and didn't pay, they sent a guy over to lock my tank. I am just going to buy my own tank so that I can actually have 'freedom'. With my own tank I will pay a fraction of the price for fuel not have these goons shaking me down. If you want to use a reputable company for delivery, I have had very good experience with Nolan Propane. If you want to purchase your own tank, try Cryo-Weld in Lake Katrine.

It has 2 real floors that all people can visit and use to take out books. It has 3 computers that can connect you to the internet. If you are out of the area and don't have a library card, you can pick up a temporary 30 minute pass to allow you to log-on. One floor is all mostly adult fiction/nonfiction, and the other floor is mostly children. This place does have two entrances though, so plan your time-frame accordingly. You can park as on street parking(not advised to park accross the street, if planning to use computers), or you can park in their 6-7 car parking lot. They now have one public bathroom that most people now know about(across from magazine rack near elevator). If you need to use it, it is always clean and well-maintained by those planning to use it. (It has paper-towels, but no blow-driers.) As for employees at this library, although they have a few paid workers who can help at the main check-out desk, most of their employment staff are volunteers. And when you figure into the equation of the town this library is in, I like this library being that it is close to me and my home. Thanks a lot; Never a problem here.

I won't go back and will go out of my way to avoid it.

Since I live in the northern climate of the Hudson Valley, I was astounded that they had installed and I had paid for a heating system that could not even produce any heat room in my house during the cold winters in this latitude! I feel like I was totally screwed! And they wouldn't do anything about it and wouldn't even service my units from then on. Then this very cold sub zero winter of 2026 the heat pump and system just broke and died and I had no heat at all for days. I have had to have a whole new system installed at a huge expense! August 7, 2025 JSP called me to make appointment to do the survey for the heating system installation. The appointment was scheduled for August 19, 2025. August 14, 2025 JSP called me to confirm my appointment to do survey for heating installation. August 19, 2025 Chuck Lancaster from JSP arrived at my house and completed survey. He said the installations for this award were usually done the first two weeks of October, and that someone would get in touch with me to schedule the installation. September 18, 2025 Robin from JSP sent me a text message saying JSP enjoyed working with me and are curious if there are any other projects I have coming up. I messaged back asking about my "Feel The Love" installation. Robin replied they would get back to me with information. I did not hear back. September 22, 2025 I text messaged Robin from JSP asking for a follow up; no reply. September 25, 2025 I left a voice message for Robin from JSP. September 29, 2025 Robin from JSP messaged me saying I was a valuable customer and asked me for referrals for work. I messaged back asking about my Feel The Love installation. Robin replied and asked how they could help me. I asked again about the Feel The Love installation. I received no reply text. I then called and spoke with Robin, who said they would check into this and get back to me. I never heard back. October 3, 2025 I called and spoke with Lennox Customer Care, I asked if the calls I had gotten from JSP were legitimate, and for any update about the installation that had been promised by JSP on their behalf. They stated they had no information at that time, but would open a case and get back to me. October 9, 2025 I called JSP. The person who answered the phone took my info and said someone would call me back before the end of the day. No call received. October 10, 2025 I spoke with Lennox Customer Care again. They stated my case had been sent to a manager, and the manager sent it to marketing for a follow up as they were the department who handled the Feel The Love program. October 10, 2025 I called JSP and spoke with Ashley. She said she had no information and that I needed to speak with the office manager, Lisa, who was out of the office until Monday October 13. Ashley said she could not give me Lisa's phone number but would forward a request for her to call me. Ashley also stated she would email me a copy of the estimate that Chuck had visited my house to do the survey for. I never received the email. I never received any call back from Lisa. October 22, 2025 I called 845-303-2518, spoke with (Karen or Taryn) and asked to speak with Lisa. I was told she was not available at that time and that a message would be given to Lisa to return my call. October 23, 2025 I sent an email to Lennox marketing department outlining all of the above and asking for any update. October 24, 2025 I received the following email message from Lennox: Thank you so much for reaching out. I understand one of our dealers had initial contact with you, and I can imagine it's confusing not to have clarity on next steps. Our dealer chose to move forward with another nomination. While that decision is never easy, please know it's not a reflection of your worth or the impact of your story. Every year, we receive an overwhelming number of heartfelt submissions and narrowing them down is one of the most difficult parts of the process. While this year's program has wrapped, we're incredibly grateful that you took the time to share your experience. Feedback like yours helps us reflect and continue improving our program. My issue with JSP is that during our initial phone conversation and again in person, they clearly stated that I had been awarded this heating system. However, after that, there was no further communication to let me know they had changed their decision. I never received any explanation, which would have been acceptable if they had at least reached out to inform me or responded to my calls and messages. Simply letting me know they had reconsidered would have resolved the issue.

MIRACLE ON PHILLIPS PLACE…read more Today was nothing short of a miracle!! Found out at 12:30 pm a house that is closing on Monday had a sewer line violation. After panicking for a minute realizing it was a Friday afternoon in December...I thought who can I call to help me. Tam Enterprises popped into my mind and within 15 minutes they were at the house assessing the situation and within an 1:40 the entire repair was done and the Village of Goshen DPW was out signing off on the violation!! Thank you Tam Enterprise for your amazing team work from the phone call to the sewer line repair and to Cathy Looram and the entire DPW for coming back so quickly and signing off on everything. Family recently bought a house with hot water heater that stopped working. No hot water, pilot…read morewould not light. The technician came right away but he called the owner even though I had specified to call me as person on premises waiting. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the issue in about 2 minutes. It turns out he installed the unit and had been out the year before for the same thing (there is a safety that often goes out in very hot weather). This could have been done over the phone. Nothing about it in the manual. I was charged $95 just for him to pull into the driveway, and another $98 to push the button. I was never asked if I wanted him to light the pilot or was informed of the charge. I felt a bit blindsided. Very nice guy thought and quick response; I would have them back but will get the charges on the table next time before anyone touches anything.
