We've been having water pressure issues for years. A couple other contractors told us this was…read morenormal on a well. I had another guy working at the house last year, and he said it was definitely not normal, and recommended we call Ricky. I put in a call and Ricky called me right back. He had a guy out the next morning, who did a deep look into our system and explained everything that was going on with the system. They made a recommendation to replace the well tank. We had actually scheduled a few days out to replace the tank, but something came up and we were not going to be around. So they offered to come in the day before in the evening and get it done. They were quick and thorough, with quality work. Cleaned up when they were done, and even changed my whole house filter I'd been neglecting... Prices were reasonable too. It's not something you want to have to spend money on, but you want it done right. Bottom line: Nobody likes dealing with well issues, but if you have to, Reliable makes it easy, and they do an excellent job. I would call them again.

Everything went well with installation and I was happy until the problems began…read more No one answers the phone at the location Service technicians make appointments when you are able to contact them on their phones, then cancel appointments or don't show up at scheduled time. They don't call to tell you they are running late or call to reschedule. You have to keep calling them. I purchased and oxygenated water system, soft water system, and Reverse Osmosis system. The problems first began when water started coming out of the tap the color of milk. We were never told this was part of the oxygenation process by sales or upon installation. People are afraid to drink the water when they see the color. Then the water from every tap tasted of salt and was undrinkable, I had to buy bottled water after opening a fortune on this system. When I spoke to Stephen in the office he refused to get someone out until the following week. it took two service calls for someone to resolve that issue. I was told by both the sales representative and service techs that Stephen owned the company. However, the one and only time I was able to get anyone in the office regarding the problems was Stephen and he denied it. A few weeks ago my water was no longer soft, I reached a technician on his personal phone and scheduled an appointment. On the morning of the appointment I received a call from the technician because he he had to cancel the appointment and would call me to reschedule when he got to the office. I did not receive a call and had to call and text him the end of that week to reschedule the appointment. The day of that appointment I received a call that he was running late and he gave me an updated time of arrival, he showed up late. In addition, I smelt a strong odor of beer from him but did not confront him because I was alone. When the technician checked the water upon arrival and before he left, he confirmed the water was hard. However, he assured me that after it went through it's cycle the problem would be resolved. While I was venting my frustration to the technician about the problems we were experiencing he actually told me we were not experiencing any problems. I then had to run through the list again and he insinuated that I was the one that had the problem and I was lucky I wasn't being charged for all the service calls. Once again, I never heard from anyone to schedule the follow up appointment My husband then reached him and an appointment was scheduled. My husband told his employer he would be in late because he wanted to be here for the appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM today 11/21/22 and no show or call. At 9:11 AM my husband place his first call to the technician and his call went to his voice mail. At 9:17 AM he called the office only to be sent to a voice mail at every extension. Three more calls were placed to the technician with no response. We had the phone number of another technician that had been to our house and my husband reached that technician. The technician that was supposed to be at the appointment was with him so he passed the phone to him. The technician insisted with my husband that my husband strong armed him to come on Monday and that he wanted to come on Tuesday instead. My husband explained he took time off of work, because this was the day and time the technician told him when they spoke. If he said he wouldn't be able to get out until Tuesday, he would have scheduled the appointment for Tuesday and gone in late. My husband was told the other technician would arrive around noon and he would eventually arrive as well. We are awaiting their arrival. I DO NOT RCOMMEND THIS COMPANY! We spent a fortune for these systems and the service is horrendous. In addition to having to purchase water because it was undrinkable due to the salt, now we have water spots on everything because the water is hard. I have just filed a formal complaint with the finance company they use. I feel they should be aware of the problems with dealers they do business with. They tried to reach them as well but were unable to contact anyone at the office either. I feel as though we have been scammed.

My husband called to check the status and they never called us back. Very disappointing and unprofessional. We had gotten their name from a family member who had been happy with them, but we will never contact them again.

As soon as I started looking and actually put my information in the searches, I started receiving phone calls from different vendors. I got a call from Middletown Septic Tank Cleaning and spoke with the woman on the phone who told me what the prices would be for finding the tank, digging up the lid, and pumping and cleaning it out. I made the appointment for this morning at 11 a.m. I heard a truck outside around 10:30 and sure enough it was them. I spoke with Isaiah(Whitey) and John who were very helpful in answering any questions I had. I was amazed how quickly they found the tank and access cover in my yard. It wasn't anywhere where I would have thought it was. As Whitey told me he has been doing this for 50 years, I asked them what the proper timeline of getting it pumped, anything I can do to prolong the life of the system and they told me everything I needed to know. When all is said and done , the price was right where the woman on the phone said it would be almost to the dollar. I even bought a year supply of their recommended tank treatment product just so I have it. I couldn't be happier with my first time ever dealing with the septic system, the professionalism Middletown septic cleaning. I already have them in my calendar to do a cleaning and two years. The last thing I want to do is fix a failed septic system.

I called my local plumber, CJM, because our hot water was out. This was June 2025 and our furnace…read moreheats an indirect hot water heater. CJM said the issue was likely a nest or some sort of clog in the chimney so, they recommended Mike Duran from Complete Chimney. Mike came the next day and after looking at my furnace where it exhausted into the chimney told me there were signs of breakdown so the only way to fix it was with a stainless steel liner. He said, "I'm sorry, they are expensive but I only go with the best material." Not knowing about this sort of stuff I said ok I need hot water and for the negative pressure flowing into my basement to stop. A week later Mike shows up without a helper (he said he no showed) and he proceeded to install the liner without assistance. I heard the metal scrapping hard against my gutter and as you can see in the photo below he did a horrible job capping it off. At the end of the day he wanted to talk to me about music and his gigs. This was because I mentioned my son plays guitar, he saw the guitar while working. Maybe quit your day job Mike?? After and hour a two he calls me into the basement and says the liner didn't fix the negative pressure issue. I said ok, what else does he think is causing it. After another two hours I can see is tired and now says he is going to leave... even though I still have the same issue and honestly even worse. We had a mini home reno done after that and Mike said he was unable to come because he was in the hospital. I said to focus on his health but he said the photo he send me was old and he was home. So for the rest of 2025 we suffered in the heat with a negative pressure issue. During the fall and winter it resolved but only to come roaring back again June 2026. When I texted Mike to see what he thought he replied with a nasty message and suggested I seek out someone more qualified. Baffled, I texted him back that I'm not upset but I just need some help. I told him to call me the next day, he said he would at 9:30am. He did not so I called at 10am we had normal conversation and I asked if he could just reach out to anyone he might now that had an idea for a fix. We ended the call without issue and I never herd from him again. Avoid this crook at all costs and honestly I'm disappointed in CJM for putting me in touch with this guy.

While looking into Valenza we found their reference to their Instagram posting. That information displayed detailed photos of their completed jobs. It was apparent that a considerable amount of work went into making this information available, indicating they were a step above their competitors. When I contacted them I spoke to Eric, and he took the time to let me describe what I thought I needed. I did not know the specifics, since I was remote. Dominick came to my brother's house, evaluated the situation, and provided an estimate to resolve the problem. They had an opening in their schedule and quickly and skillfully repaired the shower fixtures the next day. Sounds easy, but it is an old house with its own issues. Done!! I couldn't ask for more.
