Very pathetic and unprofessional company. Based on overall attitude of the owner about the recent issue. He is lacking analytical and logical skills who would rather keep his two horribly offensive delivery people, not to discipline them and possibly put himself into a much worse legal predicament later. Seemingly, it stems from the fact that he cannot replace them, lacking resources for more skilled staff. Or some other reason. The mechanical condition of the delivery truck should also be evaluated since the traction of wheels should not produce this kind spinning, possibly tires too bald, should be verified with state authorities as well. Everything starting with stuck getting stuck due to failure to just back out, unauthorized attempt to do U-turn, especially if you are lacking the skills to maneuver between the obstacles. What seemed to be no challenge for previous two trucks completing deliveries within the last day or two, personal vehicle and even a sport car, this fellow had an overblown issue. However, being stuck should not have risen to being an assholes or disrespect and insult the customer. It is part of doing business and ought to be treated as temporary issue. Thankfully, with my mechanical assistance and direction they were able to back out finally. What took place before and after should have been enough for the owner to fire these two people immediately. Specifically, the driver's assistant was blaming, belligerent and attempted assault by advancing on the customer. After a verbal push back and standing the ground, he backed off. Upon, the eventual departure the driver arose to yelling , throwing insults, and threatening. I explained to the owner of the Tribeca company that I have video surveillance and audio recording of complete interaction from many angles; I provided him with some copies to begin his inquiry. Even before speaking to these two, he seemed be on the path to justify the behavior of these two-ghetto style, tongue loose home boys by coming with various excusable scenarios and psychological nuances of hard work and travel. He called back a day later implying that he is not taking any disciplinary action nor is able to assure me if these "two idiots would not piss into my water next time". The fact that there was a physical threat, insults, microphone picking up these two calling my wife "cunt" for not stopping them when she opened the gate is not enough to take responsibility. After reading the reviews and having bad experiences with other companies, I thought this company was too good to be true. Turns out, it is. I waited more than a week for my first delivery only for the driver to show up in my driveway without my order. I spoke to a manager and was given an apology and told I would receive the order Saturday or Monday at the latest. Monday night rolled around and nothing. So I called AGAIN and was assured I would have it by 9am on Tuesday. Guess what, it never showed up. I don't know why they can't seem do what they've agreed to and what you've paid for, but it's just not worth the frustration and effort as a customer. read more

Completely regret going for this company for water delivery service. They were very consistent in either delivering me the wrong water order, or not having my delivery at all. Month after month they would apologize and say it would not happen again, only for it to happen again. Now I am trying to cancel the service and discuss getting back my bottle deposit, and they are now claiming I have a large number of bottles, double as much as I ever did. If they couldn't even get my order correct most of the time, I guess I shouldn't be surprised that they would have poor records of my bottle deposit. The owner keeps trying to call me rather than message me via email to prevent a paper trail. I thought I was doing a good thing opting for a small business, but the disorganization makes this service more of a nightmare rather than a convenience. Good luck ever getting your correct order or your bottle deposit back with this company. Also, after reading the review left by Annesia S. in September, I am seriously disgusted. After being customers for about a year, we love Tribeca Beverage. The delivery day varies a bit from week to week- I am in Manhattan- but the reminder text that comes the previous day is helpful. I was never a water snob prior to this, but since becoming accustomed to their alkaline water, everything else tastes over-chlorinated or too mineral-y for me. (We have a second home that is unfortunately outside the delivery area, and we like this water so much that we even lug the bottles there and back in the car.) read more

I started my water service with Tribeca Beverage a little over month ago for spring and alkaline water. I made the switch after being with Poland Springs for 7 years (EVERYONE SHOULD SWITCH TO TRIBECA). I placed my order online and got my order I believe the next business day. I happened to bump into the delivery man and he was so pleasant and courteous. I was concerned that I wouldn't like the taste (anyone who says all water tastes the same doesn't drink water like I do). but its actually very good. I have read every single review on this company before placing my order with them too. Customer service is TOP NOTCH! They absolutely go above and beyond for their customers. Anyone looking for new water service I highly recommend this company. They charge the same price for spring and alkaline. They text you a week before your water delivery to give you a window. I'm updating this review because it's been two years and the company's owner just called me to see if service has gotten any better since I left these reviews here. It has. It's still not great. I hesitated between keeping this update at three stars (aka "OK") and bumping it up to four stars (what Yelp calls "Good"). I had to settle on three because "OK" is definitely more what I think of TB than "Good." If there were a better alternative that I knew of, I'd use them. But there's not. Sometimes they're on point. Other times, we have to call them over and over to get empties picked up or new bottles delivered. Nothing has been as bad as things were at first, however. I was really dissatisfied with my water delivery service and started looking for a new one. In my area, there are not a lot of choices so I was surprised when Tribeca said they served my area. The owner of the company called me within 10 minutes of my emailed request and even though he is not regularly in my area he arranged to deliver my water once a month. We have tried a couple different water delivery companies in the city and these guys are the best. Water comes on time every time and they are very easy to reach. We often have to reach out the increase or decrease the amount of water we need and it is very easy and fast. Tommy is our water guy and he is great! Firstly I would like to say that there are not many alkaline water delivery services to go to Queens. I am so glad I found them though. So nice, very affordable, extremely patient, and professional. I probably drove them insane because I was never home when they delivered the water and made my roomate buzz them in, but they never complained or seemed annoyed with me going back and forth. I also moved out and left some bottles with the same crazy roomate and even though they'll never see the light of day again, they were super understanding. HIGHLY recommend. read more

I received 4 deliveries from this company and only the 1st one was pleasant. Every delivery after I encountered an issue with either bottles or delivery. Phone representative is not pleasant at all and accused me of not paying for water. Owner call me to try to make me stay with company but the damage is already done. I had to send proof I paid for the water before I received the delivery of it . Broken bottles of water ruining my floor. And poor customer service. The worst water company. read more

I really wanted to like Tribeca beverage company however I requested on my first order for the bottles to be delivered in front of my door which is on the second floor side entrance. They delivered it to the bottom of the steps I wound up having to carry them up and hurt my back. For the second shipment I called them three times not one not two but three and I emphasize the importance of the bottles being delivered to the front door on the second floor not at the bottom of the steps because of the same issue however they were supposed to deliver four bottles and delivered only three. not only that but they again deliver them to the bottom of the stairs. I called up and was told that the bottles would not be moved to the second floor in front of my door until 3-4 days later which is unacceptable at this point. The worker told me he'd call me in the morning to resolve this and have the guy come back and bring the bottles up the stairs as they were instructed to do. He never called me in the morning. I had to call him in the evening when I got home from work and upon my arrival to home of course the bottles were still sitting there down at the bottom of the stairs so I called and called and no one picked up then finally got someone and he told me he would call me right back and not he never did. This is terrible customer service very unprofessional very unconcerned about properly delivering the bottles clearly they don't care about having me as a customer so why should I care about having them deliver me water bottles when there are others who would do it correctly and act professionally when approached about this kind of poor service Update 2/13/2020: I spoke with Mike at Tribeca and he resolved the issue in addition to bringing the bottles up the stairs to my front door himself! We discussed delivery instructions moving forward and I'm happy to say I'll be remaining a customer of Tribeca beverage company! read more
