I called him that weekend and he came by to my house that Sunday. He was very knowledgeable and honest about the Water Filtration Systems he services and provides. He ran different water tests on my water lines. He explained about Good water and Bad water tests and what to look for and check from these various test. I learned a lot about what's in my drinking water. I did not feel pressured into purchasing any systems by Mr. Ramsey. I felt confident about buying a Water Filtration System after learning a lot of Key Points from Lamar. l had to buy one but I did not have the money then at that time. The Aqua Right systems were like a buying a Mercedes or BMW they sale them selves. I kept Mr. Ramsey's number. I gave him a call around April of this year (2020) to setup appointment to have a Full Water System with Reverse Osmosis as well. Man I am very happy that I made this decision. I don't have to buy any more bottled water while at BJ's. When taking showers you can tell the difference because you skin feels softer by not having water contaminants or other impurities, what a difference. I have had my Water Filtration System going on 7 months now. I have not had any problems. You don't even know that it is down stairs at all, its Very Quiet. The Poland Springs water by Nestle is good and I was reluctant to drop them for that reason, but enough is enough. How much lousy service can we put up with until it's time to say goodbye. BTW, Ready Refresh happily held the door on our way out instead of asking what they could do to keep our account! Look, we all make mistakes from time to time, so that's no problem, and we don't mind if Ready Refresh makes an occasional error, it's just that they got to the point in which they didn't care about their mistakes. They'd deliver the wrong order and then I'd spend weeks trying to straighten it out. The Ready Refresh driver absolutely refused to ring our buzzer or knock on the door, and instead left the delivery in the hallway, which meant we didn't have a chance to notify the driver that the order was wrong. The list goes on and on. My point is, we didn't want to switch but our hand was forced, and so far, so very, very good! Manhattan Water Company did EXACTLY what they said they would. Delivered the right amount of bottles on the right day in the right way. Their policies are extremely clear and we know where we stand. If we change our order less than 24-hours prior to a delivery or refuse a delivery, we're going to get charged a fee. Very fair! As long as we both play by the rules I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship. Oh, and most important: The water (which comes from the Catskills) tastes great! I was worried it wouldn't compare to Poland Springs but it does indeed taste as good. If that didn't work, none of the rest mattered. So we're happy and hoping to spend the next 10 to 20 years with MWC!

I started with the Manhattan Water Company as a student and they delivered to my dorm room. When I moved out they picked up my water unit and set me up with a new unit in my apartment that I have been using ever since.
