Worker Set up the system by himself, he took everything out from under the sink and installed it himself without needing anything from me, had all his tools, cleaned up after himself and was kind and professional. Took two hours to set up while I did other things around the house. Water tastes so much better then before (asked for the filter with minerals). I live in a building where the pipes are old and the water wasn't clean and I had previously installed my own filter from Amazon but when testing it, it was very dirty and didn't taste right (still used it for years before finding this filter). After a couple of years I decided to invest in this water system and I wish I had done it sooner. The best part is the system is able to be relocated so it is not permanently placed in case you move to a different location. The tank filter fills up so fast and the water comes out fast (which is a problem with most filters). 12 years ago I moved from Queens to Brooklyn and instantly noticed significant changes in color and especially taste of tap water; thus, was forced to buy bottled water until one of the friends recommended RO system. Friend lived in Brooklyn for quite some time and was familiar with Russian community, so , by his recommendation, I've contacted High Water Standards. Igor came over for preliminary assessment, tested water and educated about RO system. I was convinced right after the water test. Igor showed 3 different results of the test. First was the tap water, second was Poland Spring water and the water from RO system. Obviously, tap water was the dirtiest, but I was amazed about Poland Spring water results, it was better than tap water, but still was not that clear as I thought it should be, therefore, RO system was installed immediately. The installation took 30-40 minutes and since then, no more water cans in my hallway. I also signed for yearly maintenance service, which I totally love. Edik calls every year to change filters and check the system (was recently upgraded for new one) , so you don't have to worry about anything. I have been using HWS RO filter for over 4 years now and I could not be happier! Not only is Igor extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable, but he is also very fair and his prices are the best I have found... When he is visiting for a scheduled maintenance, he is very personable and he treats every encounter like family. I live in NJ where the water is certainly not the best, so this filter is saving me thousands of dollars in bottled water that I do not buy. Fun fact: I bought a Nespresso coffee machine about 1.5 years ago and when setting it up you have to select the hardness level of the water.
