I remember when you were a great company and honored your lifetime warrantees. Apparently that Culligan is gone - or at least it is for this franchise. As a follow up I spoke on the phone to several people at this franchise and went up the chain of command - each person telling me their supervisor would call me back. No one ever called me back. The third day it went totally out of service. Then they have to come again and fix it. After few months again it again went out of service. Then then had to bring another unit to fix. Now the second year they said it will cost $200 to replace all three filters, Now they want $300. They have not given any documentation how to replace the filters.
