Werner Plumbing has come to unclog our toilets several times. Every plumber was courteous, respectful clean and efficient. Mary in the office was very easy to deal with and got me on the schedule immediately. read more

Mary insisted that I needed a whole new faucet because they couldn't get the parts. She sent over a moron who didn't know what he was doing. He installed faucet which leaked again after a few days. They another moron to clear a drain outside. He put a hose in something which wasn't a drain without knowing where it went. Last straw when I spoke to her husband the owner about another leak he told me shower head needed to be replaced which involved knocking down a tile wall. My handyman fixed it in 45 minutes. They lie and then cheat. They put in a faucet which they told me was sigma which was actually a cheap knockoff. Stay away from this company. They are dishonest and incompetent. read more

Had an emergency leak in my home. Werner sent someone out the next day but would have same day. They honestly told me it would be considerably more for Sunday service which was nice. Showed up on time. Fixed what was requested and was very friendly. Needed follow up work done and they were prompt to respond. Would use them again for emergency or even needed work. read more

Need a plumber? Your search ends here. Mary (office) was nice, friendly and Very Accommodating. Ryan (plumber) was Prompt, Courteous, Professional, Knowledgable, Thorough and Efficient. I needed several frozen valves replaced, a new faucet installed, a shower faucet handle rebuilt & an outside spigot replaced. The shower rebuild kit was so old it had to be located & picked up from plumbing supply. (All of this in under 4 hrs! Including the round trip to plumbing supply) Other plumbers I contacted acted like they were doing me a favor ( just answering/returning a call was a "me"problem, apparently)? Werner's operates the way ALL service companies should. Customer forward/first. Great company, Great people doing Great work @ Very fair prices! read more

As pleased as we were the first time that Werner's "rescued" us is as happy as we are with the second service call: problems with water temperature led the tech to believe that it was a faulty mixer in a faucet - TWO HOURS on the road to find it (without checking in) and being charged an exorbitant fee for his time away...and the problem is still not solved. Not happy! read more

The first time I used Werners Mike came and was great. Fast and good. The second and third time I didn't get Mike. I got someone else. I'll be kind and not mention his name. This plumber has a large truck, but apparently there aren't any parts on it. No matter what part you need its going to require him to make a run to the plumbing supply store while the clock is running at $165 an hour. The first time he came he need a rubber sleeve part. He was gone for 45 minutes. Big bill. The next visit, today, I needed a new pop up stopper assembly for my bathroom sink. Standard size. After looking on his truck for 10 minutes says he doesn't have it but can get it. I said don't bother. I don't need another big bill. Out of the 3 things I needed fixed one got jury rigged and the other two didn't get fixed. So I ended up going to Home Depot and buying the parts and crawling under the sink. I should have done that to begin with instead of giving Werners $179! read more

Mike from Werners Plumbing arrived on time and proceeded to solve our heating system leak in record time. He was extremely professional, wore his mask to protect us at all times. He also replaced the cartridges In Our shower body and even drive though the rush hour to get the necessary parts. I would definitely use Werners again and would be happy to see Mike again. read more

After a horrible experience with another plumbing company, I looked at reviews on Yelp and called Werners. They did not disappoint! Excellent work! Timely! Reasonable price! And Mary, with whom I spoke when I called, was a doll!!! An excellent experience! I highly recommend Werner's Plumbing!!!! read more

I called for an estimate and stated my problem. It was a small leak in a pipe in the basement. The woman on the phone asked if it was an emergency and I told her it was not. She set up an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived on time. The repair was made in a very satisfactory manner. He worked cleanly and left no trace behind. The cost was below the original estimate given. I was pleased in every aspect of the job. I will use them again for any other plumbing job. read more

Ditto alot of what Kenneth M. said. Mike arrived earlier than I expected today. He was not only professional, but he listened to us. It was so cool to deal with a professional who seemed interested in helping us with our problem. He fixed some issues with our shower cartridges and fixed a leak in our outdoor hose pipes. I don't want to forget to say that my initial phone call to Werner's was answered by a person who was personable and great to work with as well. I'm sorry I don't have her name, but, like Mike, she made me feel like my job was the most important thing to her in that moment. And again, the service was amazing and reasonably priced. Thrilled with Werner's! Thanks Mike! read more

We had an excellent experience with Werner's. Our house is on a slab so we have had slab leaks before, this is the fourth one. We decided not to go with any of the plumbers we've used in the past and found this company right here on Yelp. They were very efficient and charged us a much more reasonable price then we've paid in the past. We would absolutely call them again and recommend them to everyone we know. read more

A great experience from start to finish. Almost seven years ago to the day, these folks installed a new gas burner and hot water heater for me. Excellent service then and even better service now. I was having some issues with my pilot light and a leak. Mary in the office was efficient and provided great customer service. Super nice! Fast forward to this Saturday morning. Kurt arrived in a timely fashion. He was friendly, credible and very knowledgeable. The price was reasonable for all the work done in my home, and again Kurt was absolutely wonderful. Request him ... he's professional and honest. I can't see having anyone else address my plumbing and heating issues in the future. I am a second generation customer and will continue to use Werner's. read more

It has been over 10 years since last needing a plumber. So when the need arose to replace some faucets and take care of other deferred maintenance, I decided to check here on Yelp to see what people were saying about my last go-to company. That company had many problem reviews, so I looked further and found Werner's. Werner's seemed to have consistently good reviews, so I gave them a call. Was able to get an appointment just a few days away. Mike and Jake arrived right on time and immediately scoped out the job and covered the floors in the work areas with tarps. They worked well together, including struggling to cut out some stubborn rusted fittings. (I would have been throwing tools and using foul language for sure). All of the work was done neatly and competently. Cleanup was immaculate, with all the debris placed in my trash cans, including breaking down boxes and plastics, and putting those into our recycling bins! Thanks guys! read more

I recently had the waste pipe completely replaced in my house. It was a 4 hour job plus it was a pipe that ran 3 levels down through my house. Great, honest plumbers. Excellent work done. Very clean . I was also impressed that they came in fully masked already. I did not have to tell them to mask up. I will be sure to use this plumbing company again in the future. read more

Fast service, A++ communication. Kurt worked fast and efficiently and Mary in the back office communicated kindly when I had a question.

Very very pleased. Said would come at 8am and was there at 8am sharp. Knew his stuff, worked fast and efficiently, solved my problems and cleaned up everything even a few things he didnt have to. And charge was reasonable. read more

Do not use this company. The driver/operator, Frank, was rude and derogatory. His behavior and attitude were disgusting. He actually had the nerve to turn his back to me as I was speaking to him, and continued to speak with his associates. Completely ignored me several times and was unprofessional to say the least. I had to file a formal complaint with my homeowners association. read more

Efficient. Trust-worthy. Reliable. After searching for reviews and getting recommendations from different people we know, my husband and I chose Werner's to do the work in our home. We really didn't want a chop-shop type place coming in with workers who you couldn't understand. They were direct, professional and reasonable all the way through and had no problem answering my one thousand questions! Sometimes I just like to ask so many questions to see if I get the same answers from the other places I called. Ha, probably annoying but as a paying customer I want to make sure I'm getting the best. Repairs are a hassle and this was truly an easy experience. We will be using them again in the future. read more

These guys were fantastic!! I had a heating emergency with little kids in my house. They responded quickly and immediately diagnosed and fixed the issue. They were very professional, caring and helpful. Given the circumstances, I expected to pay a fortune but was pleasantly surprised to pay a very reasonable rate. I would definitely recommend them to my family. read more

Just want to let everyone out there know Werner's Plumbing is AMAZING!!! My two year old (who we are trying to potty train) thought it might be a good idea to pull all the toilet paper out of my cabinet unroll it and try to flush about 4 rolls of tp!!!! Well as you can imagine it was a total disaster!!! Most of the paper went down. Right down into my trap!!! That was totally clogged. Not only that ,we had to break up the basement floor to get to the clog. To add insult to injury it was the night we had a freak rain storm that dumped about 10 inches on the town of Islip. Grrrrrrrrr!! I was amazed that Frank didn't hesitate to come to our rescue in that storm. What a lifesaver. Would highly recommend Werner's Plumbing!!!!! Thanks again Frank!!!!!! read more

Cannot say enough good things about Werner Plumbing. I have had the Werner team to my house to work on various projects. The level of responsiveness, knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism all at a very reasonable rate is second to none. I have used other plumbers in the past, but I am so glad to have found my go-to team for now and the future. My strong opinion...this is the team you want working on your home/business. read more
