Scott was straightforward and told me what I needed and did not need to bother with. None of this: let me test your water for you and show you how bad it is, nonsense. Scott even fixed a leaking pipe and faucet issue that arose the morning of installation. Pricing was great, Scott is honest, and has excellent communication/response times. I got a price from my plumber and then called Richard to compare. He was much cheaper, and would only charge me for filters that needed replacing. He came 6 months later to see if I needed any of the filters replaced, or if we could go yearly. After that, he came like clockwork and he'd show me ones that were still 50% clear and tell me they didn't need replacing. He'd even come, say they were all fine, and no charge! He never tried to upsell me. We put in a full system for the water main, and an extra set under the kitchen sink for drinking and cooking water. I was always happy. I'm now in a different house with different water issues. He told me I didn't need as much filtering. Imagine someone selling systems and replacements, telling you you should buy less! He's very responsive, always prompt, leaves everything cleaner than before. I wish he was a full time plumber/electrician/you name it, because I wish I could have all my repair people like him.
