It wasn't an emergency I had a leak and just needed it to get fix. It's not easy trying to find someone to fix Tankless Water Heater that you can trust. Thank goodness Scott was someone that we can trust. He came and fixed the issue and explained what he was doing in the process he also gave us a brief history about the Navien. Scott is a reliable, on time and trustworthy person . I can't imagine having anyone else service my Navien then Aqua Doctors. I highly recommend Aqua Doctors.

He promised to email me the estimates. NEVER HAPPENED. He texted me twice but the estimates never materialized. I waited 3 weeks and finally went with an excellent plumber: Pipe Monkeys. Culligan is disorganized and ridiculous. I would never waste my time with them.

This franchise came to look at it ... charged me for the house call (on a credit card that I didn't even know they had on file) .. then claimed they could not service it. They then told me I'd have to spend $3000 on a new unit! Meanwhile I discovered the broken part for sale online. Seriously Culligan? I remember when you were a great company and honored your lifetime warrantees. Apparently that Culligan is gone - or at least it is for this franchise. As a follow up I spoke on the phone to several people at this franchise and went up the chain of command - each person telling me their supervisor would call me back. No one ever called me back. Completely unacceptable.
