I received a call from the manager responsible for the company's accounts, who informed me that three previous orders were showing as unpaid in their system. Fortunately, I had proof of my payments and was able to confirm that the payments had already been made. After reviewing the records more carefully, the manager acknowledged that some payments had been received but continued to insist that I needed to make the most recent payment again, even though it had already been paid for an order placed approximately a month earlier. I find it unacceptable for a company to contact customers demanding payment for orders that have already been paid, especially when the transactions took place weeks or even months ago and proof of payment is available. What disappointed me the most was the way I was treated during the phone call. I was not given a fair opportunity to explain the situation or finish speaking. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect, patience, and professionalism, especially when they have supported a company for an extended period of time. Unfortunately, this experience has affected my trust in the company. I sincerely hope they improve their billing system and, most importantly, the way they communicate with and treat their customers. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to others.
